Nice, clean hotel . There was no toilet paper in the room when checking in.When checking out, they began to show us that we used the mini-bar, although we did not even touch it, so check the amount of water and chocolates when checking in, otherwise you will be billed for what you did not use.Unpleasant.As it is, the hotel is not bad .

In principle, everything is not bad, the only thing I didn't really like breakfast, because the breakfast was homemade, everything was cold by 9 a.m., food that was not finished was sometimes offered the next day. And it's not very tasty. After all, it was necessary to take a hotel room, not a guest house. The price is normal, a room with a balcony for 3 adults for 4 nights is about 15 thousand rubles. A nice family-run hotel. Linen and towels were changed frequently. Daily cleaning service. Air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in the room. Not a luxury, of course, but it's worth the money.
Nana cooked very well. She was attentive to us. The breakfasts are excellent.
The location of the hotel is great. Nearby there are cafes, a pharmacy, grocery stores, a market, a metro and a park where the Cathedral of the Holy Trinity of Tsminda Sabeba, an Armenian Church is located..
It's a great place for us budget tourists.
Among the disadvantages of the hotel: There are no hangers / hangers for clothes in the closet and hangers for outerwear, as well as shelves in the shower for bathroom accessories.

A cozy hotel, the rooms were recently new, but already worn out. The shower tray was leaking in the room, there was water on the floor. They tried to repair it to our complaints by covering it with glue "Moment", but it was of no use, since the pallet burst in a couple of places and there just had to be a pallet changed. Otherwise, it was not bad, there was no noise, it was cozy, the breakfast was simple and delicious. About the hotel, the Narikala fortress on the mountain is a 20-minute walk along interesting streets and to our favorite and delicious restaurant "Panasauri".
