We rested in July, took cottages for 2 nights. Everything is very clean, there is everything you need to relax. A very large territory, there is a Playground, separate gazebos. There are sun beds, umbrellas, and swings on the beach.
The only negative is the garbage on the beach, which they do not want to take care of in any way.

The place is good, the beach is normal, there is a volleyball court, sun loungers. The beach is sandy. The bottom is sand, and the depth starts gradually. For children, the water warms up faster. The guest houses are not the first freshness. Repairs are required inside. Bed linen and a small amount of dishes are provided. There is hot and cold water, you can rinse yourself. You can relax for a day or two without any problems. The price is more or less acceptable

A wonderful place, inside the houses it is cozy and clean, there are necessary utensils, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo. The interior is modern, all the furniture is almost new. There is a parking place and a barbecue at each house.

Sevan! It's just great!!! The best lake in the world! The water is the purest! Cold! In the heat! Just a delight! And the fish that is found there is completely different! Sevan fish is just a mega boom of flavors!

The cottage did not cost $ 40,000, especially since there were many disadvantages - the Jacuzzi did not work.They said there were 4 beds, but there was a bed for 1.5 people.

2 stars only for the hospitality of the hosts. Our house was large, the furniture and plumbing were fairly new. That's where the advantages ended. The floor and table were dirty, after being asked to clean, they were washed in front of us. There were no slippers and towels for all the guests, they were also brought later. The bed is terrible, old, the bed linen is out of size and in a lump. The lake shore is not well maintained, garbage has not been removed in places. I do not recommend it!

It's not worth the money they're asking for. The house is dirty, there are few dishes, no washing machine, microwave and hair dryer. Cattle are bathing in the lake nearby, the water is dirty.
