scam. made the booking on Booking.com. Got confirmation. But on arrival they said that there is no room and they overbooked.

A normal hotel.The staff is very friendly. And the hostess herself and the administrator of the Face. The room is clean, the service is too. The breakfasts are wonderful. I needed help, they helped me right away, they told me everything. I recommend it to everyone.

The location is convenient, although a little confusing among the houses. A tired guest house, but definitely not a 3-star hotel. Expectation and reality did not match, it's good that I lived only 1 day. The receptionist is attentive and courteous. The towels are not white, but gray. I recommend staying no more than 1 night.

A wonderful place close to the center. The metro is 5 minutes away, the bus stop that goes to the airport is 5 minutes away.
The old town is 10 minutes away. Very good administrators, they treat you like a family.
Breakfast is served like grandma's. In my opinion, it would be more convenient to make a buffet so that everyone chooses whatever they want. There was one not the most joyful detail - instant coffee

Avlabari district. To everything on foot.

A cozy hotel close to the center. The rooms are clean. Breakfasts are atypical for hotels in my opinion, but delicious. I really liked the rooftop playground with tables! Beautiful view of the city! Sitting with a glass of foam admiring the city is a credit!! The parking is small and conditionally guarded, the car is on the street and is accessible to any marginals, of whom there are unfortunately a lot in Tbilisi.

Great location.
We had a double room with a balcony - very spacious, clean, well renovated. There is a kettle and small cups in the room (I would like more) and there was not enough refrigerator.
The breakfasts are just super!!!
The staff is very helpful and always ready to help and resolve all issues.

Waking up from coughing and the sound of airing your entire room from the outside, well, that's it. In a word, I was cold in February in this hostel. And I was also confused by the breakfast, since it is not a buffet, but a portion. It was not correct to bring buckwheat in one plate (because I asked to pour milk on it) and I sit quietly eating, but nothing was brought to my companion ... and when we ask the question, where ..? They're like that -it was funny for two.
But I was more confused by the staff.
They keep asking if we will stay another night (and okay, they will ask once, okay two, but when more than three times, there is a noticeable note of commercialism. And when I said No, we won't stay, adding that they are cold, they almost look at me with indignation and start throwing questions like "maybe it seemed to you? so there is a (harmful) air conditioner-we answer-it does not work). We checked in on the 3rd floor. Where they feed it is minus one, where the temperature and humidity are completely different. After two mugs of hot tea, I take off my jacket. And then another member of the staff of this place flies in and indignantly asks, "since you (***) It's so cold, why are you taking off your jacket?"

Yes, I really wanted to answer, "how should you care? Or what the fuck is bothering you?" and so on
But as a well-mannered and cultured person, I went up to my room and sat down to write you this magnificent review.
There are much cooler places in Tbilisi with such a budget (and less)+ buffet, and much more polite(at least by the correct) staff .
Well, the Wi-Fi catches so-so.

Great hotel. All attractions, metro, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Great view of the city from the terrace. Very friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Clean, cozy rooms. Breakfasts are something- after them you can easily do without lunch and dinner. Everything is great. April 2019
