September 2024. the room is good, but it is not always cleaned on time, the hotel is clean, the staff is polite, vacationers like the cuisine the most, it is varied and plentiful, you will gain weight quickly if you try most of the dishes. Evening entertainment shows are particularly popular , and there are often not enough seats around the performance , based on the tourist entertainment area . The beach consists of sun beds with umbrellas , free-standing and floating pools with sun beds, which often do not have enough space for everyone . This is not the first time in Marmaris, I consider this hotel to be very attractive in accommodation and service for tourists, come, you will not regret it.

We stayed at the hotel from 4 to 11 May (2 adults). I'm thrilled with my vacation!!! We just fell in love with Marmaris. Before that, I was on the coast in Kemer, Belek and Antalya in Turkey! I doubted for a long time whether to go to this hotel, there were many negative reviews - it turned out to be all in vain! The room stock is a little tired, but everything you need is there (+ we were aware of the price we were going for and ala Max Royal is not worth waiting for))I really liked the food at the hotel, varied every day, sea bass, dorado, salmon, delicious meat. You definitely won't stay hungry. There were reviews about the sun beds, which are not enough (maybe in season), there are not many of them there - there are mattresses on the pier (they noticed that the covers are washed every day), and on the shore. But during our stay, everyone was free, as it was low season. The staff is friendly, everyone is trying very hard. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave the room later without paying (for which we thank you so much). I really liked the gym. I have never reached the hammam (you can just warm up for free). A very cool bar with a sea view. You can sit listening to music while drinking a cocktail. The hotel has a very cool location, not far from the old town, every evening we went out and strolled along the boardwalk. There are many hotels around that are much bigger and more luxurious, but this one has its own unreadable atmosphere! It was recommended to me by a friend who went to a more expensive hotel a few years ago, but noted this one with its special vibe for follow-up trips. In general, everything is great and I liked everything! If you are not picky, I think you will be satisfied! And you can look for negativity everywhere, the mood is important!

The hotel is one of the first hotels in Marmaris, so the room stock is not very modern, but it has its own charm, the hotel is pleasant, a pianist plays in the lobby, a good sports hall, 5+ Very tasty and varied food, polite staff, a pleasant pool and beach area, for a modest price it is a good option.
Of the cons: It's not a very comfortable shower, it's more convenient when there's an additional watering can, and the Wi-Fi crashes periodically.
Another advantage is that on the day of departure we were allowed to stay until 17.00 without extra charge, we were satisfied with the hotel.
