We had a rest from August 4 to 11. The hotel is excellent, I recommend it for a family holiday. The reception staff is polite, as in principle everywhere, special thanks to Adelina, it was nice to talk. The food is excellent, delicious, you definitely won't stay hungry, there are small queues for croissants and scrambled eggs, there are not enough tables at rush hour, the room is clean, they did wet cleaning almost every day, linen was changed 3 times, air conditioning, mini fridge, shower, but no shampoos. The sea is clean, warm, the entrance to the sea is pebbles, not very pleasant. I didn't really like the fact that they smoke on the beach, there should still be designated smoking areas for this, a beautiful pier, the hotel territory is large, there is a mini zoo, super animation, evening discos, foam disco,there is a pastry shop, delicious, 3 restaurants to choose from, we were in fish and Turkish, everything I liked it, there is a lot of food and delicious, the character is polite. Ice cream is free, but tasteless, and there is a fee. Water slides, large and small pools. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a family vacation in Giustiniano in early September 2024. My daughter is
8l. The hotel, the territory, the staff, the food, the animation, the kids' club-everything is cool and varied! Everything is in one place, you don't need to go anywhere. The territory is well maintained, everything is nearby. The number was changed, no problem.
The staff is helpful. There are no complaints. The child always has something to do, the parents have a rest. The evening program is daily, except Sundays.
Many thanks to the hotel for our stay!
It is better to go to the hammam at the hotel, pay a little more, but do not go (not the promised 25 minutes, but an hour-an hour 20 in one direction) do not wait there for the group until everyone is given extra charges and everyone will wash and gather. we went from sanfan, we are extremely dissatisfied. Moreover, everyone who went to the bathhouse is unhappy. It's not worth it for a long time, half a day. Well, this is the only thing that upset us and took away precious rest time.
We remember the rest with the most positive emotions, we would come back again.

The rest in Justiniano left a very pleasant impression for us. The absolute advantage is the huge, beautiful territory and cozy, comfortable rooms. Lots of greenery, bars, entertainment.
I would like to note the work of the staff separately. Very polite and friendly staff at the reception who will solve any of your questions. We would like to express our huge thanks to the charming and responsive Angela, who made our vacation more pleasant.
I was very pleased with the work of the animators. Funny, sociable and sincere guys. They work 24/7 and entertain vacationers 100%. I especially remember Yusuf and Nastya, who made us smile and always gave us positive emotions)
People with joint problems are advised to contact the spa at the hotel. Real professionals work there, for example, a massage therapist with experience Farhad, who reduced knee pain in a couple of sessions. Administrators Sultan and Angela are very attentive to customer requests and select suitable services.
The food at the hotel is delicious, but a little monotonous, so we highly recommend visiting the Italian, fish and Turkish a la carte restaurants at the hotel. Very tasty food, interesting presentation, great atmosphere. Each restaurant has wonderful guest relation staff, especially Angelina, who quickly and accurately booked our tables.
The sea is within walking distance, warm and comfortable. Clean beaches. The entrance may be heavy due to the stones, but there is a pier with a descent. There are a lot of sun beds, it's nice to sit on the shore.
In general, we were satisfied with our vacation at this hotel. The friendly atmosphere and wonderful people made it unforgettable. I want to return to such a place.

Not a bad family hotel. It is well suited for families with children, a large green area, a fairly spacious beach. The beach itself is sandy, but the entrance to the water is pebbles, with a lot of excitement it can be uncomfortable. There are plenty of sun beds, and there is entertainment for children. There is an Alara Grand Bazaar not far from the hotel, there are ATMs there, you can withdraw cash. Unionpay works in all, the world in some. There is not much place to walk outside the hotel, so it is a purely beach holiday here. There is plenty of food, not a very diverse menu, but there is plenty to choose from. We go to Turkey every year, it is still the best hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. Wi-Fi in 2 places is free - a conference room and a pool bar, this is enough. The pool bar is located in the center of the hotel. Who needs 1400 rubles ($14) all the time - one gadget a week.

We had a family vacation from 27.10 to 05.11. I will list the advantages first: 1. Great big area, green and beautiful, cool sunsets in the evenings. 2. The animation is good, for those who need to do something, there is volleyball and darts, and other games, discos and shows in the evenings, but the show is not always. 3. Alcohol, if you don't find fault, is everywhere, and even mojitos in the lobby bar are poured with bacardi rum. 4. For children, a children's club from 10 a.m., swimming pools, slides. 5. Objectively, the hotel is a solid four, even with a plus. Excellent location, clean sea, although going there is not very convenient, because the beach is partly pebbly. The hotel's territory is large, clean, 70 percent Russian, cleaning was done every day, but the balcony was not cleaned. The staff at the restaurant only cleans the tables, so those who are used to ordering drinks at dinner will have to go themselves. The food is monotonous, you won't stay hungry without frills, but those who love shrimp, crayfish, Albanian liver and everything like that, that is, the option is to be disappointed. Alcoholic beverages are local, imported for a fee. Wi-fi is paid $ 15 per week, it works poorly. Free Wi-fi is only available in the conference room and near the bar (where the pool is).

We rested here from October 15 to October 21, 2024. In general, I liked everything. The sea is super! Warm, clean. I would like to mention the Russian-speaking staff. the guys are all polite, pleasant, and helpful. Of course, I would like to have a more varied diet. In some moments, as if they are deliberately creating a stir, but you will not stay hungry. I really liked the fish. There are no questions about the numbers. Everything is clean, cleaned every day, towels were changed every 3 days. During the day, there are various activities for both adults and children. I recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.

Beach towels are changed on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, I would like every day, the linen was changed 1 time in a week, the room was cleaned normally, but also not every day, the room was family, two-room, spacious, but there is no window in the second room. The territory is large and very green, there is a place to walk and something to do. Excellent animation for children (in the mini club, children do exercises, draw, every day some themed games, crafts, mini disco in the evenings). Water polo, darts, archery and beach volleyball are available for adults. There is a small zoo, we visited it once in 10 days, just to find out what it is. There is a basketball court, you can take the ball. There is more of a football field. Various performances are held in the evenings, but it didn't catch on. There is an evening disco for adults in the hotel premises in the main building, on the floor below the lobby bar.
The food is quite poor, the cuisine is far from the best in Turkey. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but even in conjunction with other hotels, not very much. Chicken, fish, and the same side dishes are served every day.
More or less interesting cocktails are served only in the lobby bar, the pool bar has a meager selection (only primitive whiskey-Cola or so). The beach bar has only beer and soda.
There is a snack bar with burgers, French fries, gozleme (not really at all) and ice cream. It works from 11 to 16.
After listening to reviews about Ala-kart restaurants, we didn't even go there, because people said that it was only fishy, but it wasn't a fountain either. After it, I want to go to the main dinner.
Access to the sea and the beach area is 10 out of 10. There are a lot of sun beds, the pier is excellent. The sea is clear and of a beautiful azure color.
The staff is Russian-speaking, they always went to a meeting. They provided a choice of rooms upon check-in, gave us key cards from different buildings and suggested that we go and see which one we like best on our own (and they didn't ask for a penny for this, but we still left $ 10 as a thank you). The rooms were cleaned normally, it was always clean, the garbage was taken out, towels were changed on demand. At the early departure from the hotel, we prepared delicious sandwiches for the road and juice.
There is a spa area. The hammam and sauna are free, the rest of the services are for a separate price. There is also one heated swimming pool, in the evenings it is the best.
The water slides are so-so, 3 pieces, nothing special. The water in the pools is cold, colder than in the sea.
There is a mini market, a couple of shops on site, but the prices are a little overpriced. It takes 5 minutes to walk down the street to the nearest bazaar, but even there prices are invented on the go everywhere except the pharmacy.
In general, the hotel is good, I serve, there are no questions about the territory and animation, but the food was pumped up. Although we are not very picky, we are tired of eating the same thing in 10 days. If you tighten the power supply, it will be 5*. So far, only 4*

Trees, palms, and plants have signs with the name of this plant. Mini zoo for children, swimming pools, slides.... Clean beach and turquoise warm sea.... and dolphins. Friendly staff. We had a rest on April 18-24, 2024. 2 adults and three children of different ages, a great vacation! There are no crowds in the hotel yet, it is very comfortable. There are no queues in the dining room. The food is excellent! They write that it is monotonous. Well, yes, on the 5th day you have already tried everything, but to say that it is meager or not 200 dishes to choose from .... meat of different types. any side dishes, there are a lot of vegetables. There's a dessert wagon. The coffee is very good. Yes, there are few fruits. But it's April! There was no ice cream either. And we rested for a very pleasant sum of 200 thousand for 4 and 1 two-year-old children! The territory is well maintained, everything is clean everywhere, the staff is friendly!

- the staff is friendly, but they are not in the mood to solve your problems. There were problems checking in, our room was not ready when we arrived. We were offered to go to another hotel for a day, but we refused. We decided to wait for our room, but by 14.00 it was still not ready, so we checked into another one. The next day, our room was still not ready and we were allowed to stay in this temporary one. We spent a lot of time checking in

Positive:
- Amazing clean and warm sea;
- A sufficient number of sun beds by the sea;
- A beautiful pier that is beautifully illuminated at night;
- Fresh and fairly new rooms;
- Nice shady area. Not very big. But pleasant.
- Unobtrusive staff.
- Desserts in the pastry shop are better than anywhere else in the hotel. I advise you to eat them only there.
Minuses:
- The staff is indifferent. The reception does not know the animation schedule or where to find it. No place to find their iron, which is the only one for the whole hotel. A lot of everyday things pass by them.
- On the day of arrival, it turned out that there was no room for us. We have been on the road for 12 hours with a two-year-old child. We were placed in a room almost near the stage, next to the football field under the dining room. At night... and in the morning, instead of going to the sea, we moved.
- Towels are changed every 3 days. They are cleaned at different times. It is difficult to guess, so sometimes they were left without cleaning.
- Strange work schedules of everything. The zoo is open here from 9 to 15:30. Children's slides from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 15:30 (something like this). Beach towels are changed only on Wed, Fri and Sat from 15:30 to 17:00. And that's how everything works. If you come at the wrong time, it's either closed or you'll be told off. It's like I came here to study their schedules.
- The accommodation includes one dinner at the Ala Kart restaurant. There is Italian, fish and Turkish. The guide said that Italian and fish are being scolded. Let's go to Turkish. There were 2 adults and 2 children. They brought us a portion of stewed chicken liver and a bunch of strange snacks for all of us. The hungry children started to get hysterical. Dessert was asked to choose immediately. But they didn't bring it. They forgot. When we despaired of eating and asked for dessert, there was no longer any left in the assortment and they brought the same disgusting creme brulee. First, they brought us water. But they didn't give me glasses. They asked me to bring it 4 times so far. In general, it was not possible to eat. We packed up and went to the dining room. Finally ruined the mood and opinion about this hotel.
- In the room where we lived, the air conditioner hung exactly above the beds and blew on them. It was impossible to sleep without him. August. The air at night is +29. But I couldn't sleep well with Kondei in my head either.
- Water is not carried by numbers at all. If you forgot to bring it yourself, you'll have to drag yourself for water.
- Ice cream is given only 2 hours a day in one place. And it's disgusting. They sell everything else for money. All inclusive is just an illusion.
- Coffee in the dining room and everywhere is just terrible. Powdered shit. There is no good thing even for money.
- In general, they try to charge money for everything, for every sneeze.
- We will try to study the reviews carefully in the future and not get into this anymore.

The territory is beautiful, it reminds me of a camp, everything is green. There is animation, there are discos, the hotel is cheerful. It is well maintained, not old, the rooms are clean, everything is new.
The food is not very good, there are only sausages and an incomprehensible chicken from meat, they are clearly not cooked here. Fish is too salty for me, beef is only in dreams. Juices are not packaged, from vending machines. The burgers in the snack are strange, the coclet is made of non-meat, there was a case when a cockroach was found in the coclet. French fries are normal, tortillas are delicious, burgers are not recommended.
The beach is pebbles, I advise you to swim in the carals, as it hurts a lot on the rocks. It's pretty deep right away.
Russian Russian staff, as the whole hotel is mainly made up of Russians, Europeans can be counted on the fingers.
For volleyball fans (about me), the hotel is awesome, cool guys come to this hotel every year. For me, volleyball has closed all the disadvantages, as the impressions are simply amazing. It was fun.
The hotel is good if you come not only to get laid. In principle, I recommend it.

Of the minuses, these are slightly tired rooms and such a meal, you will not be hungry from the category, but you will not get gastronomic pleasure either. Another important point is that the hotel itself is located 40 km from Alanya, so there is not much point in counting on shopping.

The hotel is budget friendly, there are both pros and cons. But there are more advantages.
Magnificent room (2-bed standard), large, two windows on two sides, sea view from one window. Good food, but without variety and frills. The beach is quite decent, access to the sea from the shore is not very good, but there are gangplanks and a pier that solve the problem. The spa area is acceptable, but the lack of a proper indoor pool is a bit depressing. However, the hotel is closed in winter, so it's not so bad. The free Internet officially only works in the basement, in a room that looks like an air raid shelter. There are a lot of people there after dinner, it's stuffy, sometimes there aren't enough seats. But, lo and behold, a fully productive router is installed near the Pool bar and wi-Fi is even better than in the basement. And it's more pleasant to sit outside, and with an akus drink, rather than in a bunker. For some reason, few people know about this place. In general, I liked the hotel, if the price is adequate, you can go.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We always ate too much, the pastry shop is generally on fire, well, it's very tasty. There was gluttony in Ala maps, I couldn't eat everything). We stayed at the hotel in July 2024. Positive : the food is great , the choice is great . Yes, there are queues for food, but it's 5 minutes maximum. Now from the cons: good strong alcohol is poured only in the lobby bar , in other bars local drinks are already poured , they are so-so. Cocktails are also free in the lobby bar, in other bars from 5 euros. The beer in all the bars is good! Corn is paid - 2 euros. Delicious ice cream - 2 euros. Freshly squeezed juice - 2 euros .Hookah - 20 euros! Animators are so - so , sometimes very intrusive , begging almost on their knees to buy an animator 's T - shirt or a lottery ticket , or lazy and not friendly , sometimes they do not even react to children . Evening show programs are common , just like everywhere else . Wi-Fi is paid - 14 euros for 7 days! If you need free Internet, go down to the basement, where it barely works. We were at this hotel from 08/05/24 to 08/12/24.
The hotel territory is large, well-groomed and beautiful. There are many beautiful photo zones.
However, upon arrival, the good-natured receptionist at the reception said that there were no rooms in the hotel.
We were offered to go to another hotel (also Justiniano, but 4 stars), or stay at this hotel, but the room will be without a balcony and in poor condition.
We had no choice, we were sent to the top four. As it turned out later, we were supposed to be shown several rooms, and we already had to choose one of them. There was nothing like that!
We were checked into a room near the stage! Moreover, we discovered this only in the evening, seeing how people looked at us with their mouths open when we went out in swimsuits))))
The next day we were picked up by taxi and taken to our original hotel "Justiniano club park conti".

One day later, friends came to us. They were immediately settled in the 7th building. It's beautiful inside, but they didn't have a view of the sea, and only the road and the bazaar were visible. By the way, the bazaar is a 5-minute walk away.
The hotel has a zoo (chickens, roosters), a tennis field, a basketball field, large pools, slides, a bazaar, a rope park, a large stage where shows and performances are shown in the evening. There is a pastry shop where there are very tasty cakes, be sure to go there!
About the "Ala-map"....
We went to the Turkish restaurant because there is more or less normal food on the menu, but it did not match the expectation at all…
For 5 people, we were served only hot chicken legs with some kind of cereal and salty lentil soup. There was also a cold salad of tomatoes and cucumbers.
The dessert menu had "Ice cream" written in black and white, however, there was no ice cream. We were sent to choose snacks, the waiters looked at us in fright, and realized that one tray would not be enough for us.
One waitress worked at all 10 tables. We waited until the wine was poured for us, after 40 minutes they began to clean the table for us, without pouring wine into the glasses…
They asked us to bring us 4 glasses of Cola and 1 glass of fanta. With a displeased face, she poured it anyway. (The wine was never poured for us a second time) although we called this girl and waved at her…

We visited this hotel in July. The sea is warm. Pebble beach. The water is clear, but sometimes there are strong waves. A large number of activities every day except Sundays (volleyball, darts, aqua aerobics, water polo, etc.). The rooms are not bad, there are balconies. The food in the restaurant is standard, without frills (in my opinion, it's a little meager). Animation takes place every day in the amphitheater. Almost all the staff speaks Russian. There are water slides. The only thing I didn't like was the annoying photo bureau staff and animators on the day of the bingo game (they are ready to do anything just to get you tickets). In addition to the main restaurant, there are fish, Turkish and Italian (we visited fish and Italian; we liked both there). There is a spa center, which I also really liked. We are vacationing in this hotel with children, the hotel is very cool!!! We recently returned from this hotel, I liked everything, but there were a couple of nuances that were not pleasant at least.
Be prepared for the fact that upon arrival in the evening there may not be a room for you. We were temporarily taken to their moonlight hotel for the night, where there was a terrible stench of sewage and smoking. The hotel is below the sign, and at the reception they said verbatim: "if you don't like it, suddenly we will move you." If it had come to us, we would have paid for the money, lived in a cheap room, well, that kind of thing.. They provided an apology on day 3, in the form of a plate of fruit from the dining room and a small bottle of wine.. For the inconveniences that we had, and instead of swimming in the sea, we waited for relocation.. Some were not lucky at all, and the family and children simply slept in the foyer of the main building, because there was no room for them..
As for food, entertainment, alcohol, the sea, everything is fine! Wi-Fi is paid, there are 2 areas where it is free, a conference room or near the pool.
Excursions seem to be nothing, cool in Alanya, by type, so in general a cannon. Side, a little boring, but beautiful.
Get ready that you will be taken to places where they want to take money from you. This is a wine shop in Alanya, do not buy anything there. Prices are more expensive than at the market near the hotel. Pomegranate tea, which they give to taste, does not coincide with reality. You will be sold a carcade for 700 rubles (see in advance what the pomegranate flowers look like).
Olives will be brought to the farm in Side, where prices are also several times higher.
Be careful in the markets, the Turks are completely dumbfounded, and that's the only way they fool around. We bought sweets and soap, no one makes the promised discount. All the things they sell there are essentially the same China.
If you suddenly want to bring something good, find better shopping malls, not bazaars.
In general, everything is not bad, even good, but there is a bit of deception somewhere.

We rest at the hotel for a week, with a child of 8 years old. The beach is beautiful, the hotel is completely full, but there are enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone. We had a rest with my husband from 24.09 to 01.10.24. I am in this hotel for the second time, and my husband for the first time. We stayed in the Moonlight building, comparing it with a trip about 5 years ago, it was better. Now somewhere the outlet is not working, somewhere the water from the shower is leaking, and somewhere a piece of tile has broken off. WiFi is free only in the lobby, you need to buy it to work on the territory (about 16 bucks for 7 days). But these nuances did not spoil the rest. Wonderful sea view from the room, the room itself is still cozy, large territory, delicious food with a large selection.
Russian-speaking staff, even if not purely Russian, but it is there. The hotel has opened a perfume shop with a replica, but quite high-quality, perfumes last a long time, tested on yourself. The waiters in the dining room are polite, neatly dressed, and quickly clean the tables. You can have a snack in the snack bar if you get hungry between main meals.
The bar with alcoholic drinks is open almost all day.
There is one large pool and 3 or 4 small ones, a large pool heats up in the sun and you can swim normally, but specifically in our building it is small and covered with palm trees and another hotel, so the water temperature allows you to swim only seasoned.
Once for free you can go to the A'la Carte restaurant to choose from: Italian, Turkish or fish. We chose Italian. We thought that after that we would go for dinner, but the food turned out to be delicious and satisfying, there was a lot of it (first, second, snacks, dessert, alcohol to choose from)
Beautiful and affectionate kitties walk on the territory. A sunbed, if you want, you can find a free one even during peak hours, there are quite a lot of them. At the time when we rested there, the sea was the purest. There is a shopping mall with clothes nearby, there is also a currency exchange and a pharmacy. If you go even further, across the street, to Alara Grand bazaar, you can get to the Migros chain store.
The beach is clean, the sunbeds are put in place late in the evening, but the sandy and pebble beach is for an amateur, it is better to bring coral slippers with you.
In general, the hotel has a convenient location, pleasant staff and lots of delicious food.
Maybe we'll go back there again.
