The hotel is located near the main attractions. There is a tram T1 near the hotel, which takes you to the center. There are many shops and currency exchange offices near the hotel. The hotel is small, good, tasty good breakfasts, they clean the room every day, and also leave a large bottle of water. The room is clean, the hotel staff is polite, friendly and always ready to help. There is Russian-speaking staff. There are good wi-fi, that always work.

It was suitable for us to spend the night and take a break from walking.
Great view at breakfast (dining room on the top seventh floor). Breakfast is not the most delicious, but there is nothing to complain about. All he needed was some omelets/scrambled eggs, otherwise everything is standard - just eat normally to take a walk somewhere in the city before lunch.
They write that the market is noisy below, and it is, but it's not a straight market below, it's just shops, and after walking around Istanbul a bit more, it becomes clear that there are places noisier, busier, and "bazaarier."
The staff is ordinary, no complaints. Cleaning every day. There are not enough outlets, look for an extension cord.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its transport accessibility. There are 2 metro lines, 2 tram lines, an electric train and a ferry within walking distance. The nearest main attractions can be reached in half an hour or a couple of stops.
There is an exchanger with a good exchange rate at the bottom.
In short, everything is fine there, confident 3 stars, as I wrote at the beginning.

This hotel was booked every time we arrived in Istanbul. The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The rooms are small, sometimes very small. The breakfasts are decent. The hotel staff is friendly, but we didn't like one of the administrators, refused to solve the problem and pretended that he didn't understand Russian. We stayed at the hotel in March , it was still cool outside, but the air conditioner was doing just fine . Our room had a carpet on the floor, which is not very good since my husband is allergic to cleaning the room for 3, I think the vacuum cleaner did not see our Carpet for 5 days of stay).
The breakfasts are very monotonous and not tasty. It 's strange that having a large kitchen they feed so poorly ( Only boiled eggs, why not make an omelet every other day ?
All the staff is very friendly both at reception and in the dining room, some of the guys speak Russian.
Location 3 stops on trol and you are in the center, walking 15-20 minutes slowly.
In general, it 's not so bad . We saw that the rooms are being updated and in some places even the laminate is without Carpet!

The hotel is located in Laleli district. Tvxim Square can be reached by metro, and the Blue Mosque can be reached by tram (if you go up the street) We moved into a small room that doesn't have a chair. There is very little space. There is a kettle, a tea bag only upon check-in, bottled water was not provided. The hotel card says that it is for non-smokers. However, the room was smoky. Weathered for two days. The air conditioner was working properly. There are soap and shower gel dispensers in the bathroom. The towels need to be replaced, are heavily washed and are no longer white at all, but dirty in color. All the bad reviews are about these small corner rooms. The websites indicate that the numbers are from 18m, but this is not the case (as it turned out, there are fewer). The breakfasts are normal, even though they are the same every day. Omelette, French fries, assorted cheese, salads, olives, boiled eggs, tea, coffee, sliced oranges and apples from fruits. You won't stay hungry. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the metro, tram and bus. There is an exchange near the entrance. There are many clothing stores in the area.

They sell dirty, small cheap rooms under the guise of good ones. They booked and paid for accommodation in a double room of 18 sq. m. Upon check-in, it turned out that there were no available rooms and offered a "room" without a window of 6 sq. m. with promises to give another room in the morning. After our refusal, we still found a room with a window, but with an area of 6 sq. m. with promises to provide another room in the morning. But in the morning it turned out that there were only five rooms that we paid for, and they were occupied together, they couldn't provide anything else, and they generally made concessions, because we had to be checked into the room we first entered. The hotel is dirty, towels are like rags for the floor, the floor is not washed at all, everything is leaking in the bathroom. The room has two beds and a bedside table. The Windows overlook the courtyard, where the extractor fan from the restaurants is very noisy and it is impossible to sleep. There are inadequate people at the reception who only know how to blatantly lie.

The hotel is really bad, I do not recommend it.
Starting from the area itself, it's right above the market, like a gardener. From the microplus, it is really not far to the main attractions. But Istanbul has a well-developed infostructure - metro/buses, etc. So you can safely drive from anywhere.
Next, the hotel itself, what a four, two stars at least for the location with a pseudo center and a view to the top floor, where breakfast is served. The breakfasts are really bad, you can eat an omelet with cheese and that's it, the coffee from the vending machine is terrible, there are no sausages and meat in Turkey, since there is no pork.
The room is a separate song, there were three of us, as the hotel noted that it accepts three. But it was just trash, they just put a third bed in a small room meter by meter. That's horrible. Since there is no way to get through, there are no cupboards, the door to the toilet does not close. Yes, they clean up every day, but it makes sense if everything is so dirty and the bed is stained with blood. And the duvet cover was small, a blanket was sticking out.
They came to swear, because the room clearly does not correspond to the fact that THREE people lived there. But who needs it. They promised a gift, but in the end NOTHING. Sometimes Wi-Fi went out and there was no Wi-Fi.
I'm attaching all the photos, but it's clearly not 4 stars, it's terrible. Choose another area in Asia and have fun.
The city itself is awesome, I recommend it.

In the morning we returned to our hotel for breakfast, asked about the room. The employee said that the room should be cleaned after another visitor. As a result, they settled in. The room will go to spend the night. Breakfast is normal in a restaurant on the 7th floor with a good view. The room was cleaned, towels were changed every day. Gels, shampoos, soap, hair dryer, tea accessories with tea bags are available. The location is convenient. The rooms are small, slightly larger than the bed. There is little light, only a sconce by the bed. He's going to spend the night. The main thing is that there were no bedbugs, which we had previously encountered in the hotel in the historical part. Only a young lonely cockroach in the bathroom. In general, if not for the "tricks" with the check-in, the hotel would have been satisfied.

The only thing that can be appreciated is the restaurant on the top floor, it leaves a good impression with a view of the bay. They gave us a room for two people for three of us and just put a bed there... there are no cupboards, there is nowhere to put things, the shower is flowing, at least the toilet is in order. The breakfasts are the same, the food is not very good. The air conditioner stinks, the ventilation is mildewed, the restaurant is noisy outside the window until 2 a.m. If you want to relax in Istanbul, take a hotel in the Asian part.
