This is a private hotel. The hostess is friendly. They live on the first floor, and visitors on the second and third. The dining room is on the ground floor, large and has refrigerators, dishes. You can cook by yourself. The rooms have an electric kettle, a small refrigerator, a toilet with shower and sink, split. My 4-bed room had a balcony with a table and chairs. There is a gazebo in the courtyard. The rooms are cleaned. In the lobby on the 2nd floor there is an ironing board with an iron, a coffee table and sofas. Rooms are opened with electronic cards (one per room, inconvenient). A quiet, cozy place.
The navigator, for some reason, may point to another place.
The entrance is narrow, crossed from above by a gas pipe. Our Mercedes bus damaged the split hull a little.

I stayed there with my family from 11.06 to 06/15/2024 everything was at the highest level, the prices were reasonable, not high, the administrator was friendly, told me everything, explained everything, the director of the hotel treated me to a delicious dinner with excellent chacha. In general, I can say about the hotel that they deserve a 4 star, because I have only seen how they greet guests in 5 star hotels. Thank you guys, prosperity and good luck in all your endeavors!!!

We stayed in a 2-bed room on the 3rd floor, without a balcony, a wonderful room, 2 windows on perpendicular walls, a kettle, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, bedside tables, a maid
Very nice staff, sincere kind people, close to M.Isani, where there is a Magti office

Good hosts, our room was clean. The reception is open around the clock, they will always come to the rescue. We were even given free subway maps. The hotel itself is 2 metro stations from the center of Tbilisi, Freedom station, Rustaveli. Daulabari district is a quiet, residential area. I'm attaching a view from our terrace
