I recently spent the night at this hotel.We were with a large tour group.We were received very well, settled in, and the food in the cafe was delicious.The rooms are clean, the plumbing is clean, the bed linen is fine.So the hotel is worthy of all praise.And the cafe is just great, besides it was a very delicious breakfast.

In principle, everything is clean. The beds are comfortable, the mattress, the blanket, the pillow, the linen - everything is fresh and it was pleasant to sleep.
The toilet is normal. Clean. Not a very comfortable shower tray with a curtain. And there was some kind of smell (basement) in the whole building. Although not strong, but it felt right.
The cafe is cool. Everything was cooked quickly and tasty.
The administrators are polite.
The price is good.
And we were satisfied in principle.

The hotel is good. We had a rest in Kona in August 2024, the three of us. Two adults and an 11-year-old child. The rooms are standard. The child was offered a cot in the room with adults or a place in a separate room with two beds. We chose a separate room for the child. The beds are comfortable. Clear. In a room with a large bed, immediately ask for an extra blanket. The main one is small, it's not enough for two. The pastel is tucked in. There is one set of towels, they asked for a second one. They gave me a one-time soap and shampoo. The room price is very cheap. Super!
I liked the cafe at the hotel. They work from 10:00 to 20:00. They open at 9:30 in the morning. The service is friendly. There is a separate breakfast menu. The main menu is complete: soup, second course, compote. + hamburger (the child liked it), shawarma (I do not recommend it), salads. The price of the dining room.
In general, we were very satisfied. Korobchitsa is 11 minutes away by car. Comfortable. Clear. On a budget.

A normal hotel. The conditions are quite decent for this price. It is located about 20 km from the center of Grodno, but if you are by car it is not a problem at all - 20 minutes and you are in the center. The border is closed now, so there is peace and quiet around. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, but the Windows open, the street is quiet. The cafe is also on the 1st floor, but we haven't been there, we can't evaluate it.

But I do not recommend a cafe at the hotel at all. I didn't like it, from the word at all. Buy a snack cookies, juice, water, coffee, tea - yes, you can.

Surprisingly, it is an excellent hotel, especially for your money (60 BYN, found by dates on a daily basis.<url>, booked directly by phone from Yandex). A guard checks in at night, they paid with a card in the morning when the staff left. It was clean, the linen/towels were decent, all I could hear was the neighboring shower in the morning. We opened a cafe a little earlier (it usually starts at 10). There is a snack room with a kettle and a microwave, however, there is no sink and dishes. Oh, there was also a strange superposition of sheets on the bed, but we discovered it in the morning. In general, just to spend the night near Grodno, if there are difficulties with housing, and you are by car is a great option.

We came to Grodno for a walk from Friday to Saturday and decided to spend the night there. All apartments, hotels and hotels were occupied, I accidentally found this hotel, they said that there were rooms available, we drove for 20 minutes. The price tag was pleasantly surprised. The room is clean, the bed linen is clean, the mattresses are very good.

The hotel is located next to the border checkpoint. We did not immediately find the check-in, but the friendly administrator guided us by phone. There is a good cafe near the hotel where you can have a snack or take something with you. Parking is also available.
The hotel itself is very simple, but clean, snow-white bed linen and towels.

Clean, cheap, you need your own transport, because it is located 20 minutes from Grodno. Of the minuses, when I was there, a crowd of clear-cut boys was constantly hanging out at the entrance, they had their characteristic conversations, they constantly came somewhere at night. As I understand it, these are some hard workers, perhaps due to the fact that the hotel is located right on the border. If this is systematic, then it is unclear what to expect from such a neighborhood, although from my experience traveling in Belarus, the country is many times safer than Russia.

Among the disadvantages, we can note the absence of even primitive appliances in the form of a kettle in the rooms, and there are not even plates in the shared kitchen. The canteen is closed early in the morning and there is simply nowhere to take them. I had to eat cottage cheese bought somewhere from glasses.
