The hotel is conveniently located relative to the sea.
There is a dining area on the roof, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. But! Be prepared to walk to the 7th floor on foot-the elevator is often occupied by staff or does not work at all.
For 8 days, everything was turned off at the "EVERYTHING is OFF" bar except zukosoks and beer. There was red wine a couple of times, but looking at the guests who tasted it, I did not dare)).
Meals are served on the same system as the bar! The meat was only chicken once a day, three times a week, the second meat option is soy in the form of cutlet cubes generously seasoned with spices. Salads are sour yesterday's vegetables thickly seasoned with mayonnaise, which often does not even interrupt the smell of sourness. You can eat bulgur, bread and freshly chopped tomatoes (but remember-they are not washed, but rinsed). Briefly: We ate at a cafe 🍽️
Rooms: the first two floors are located above the septic tank system and if you are not ninja turtles, then you will definitely be uncomfortable in this ambergris. The next floors are normal, but remember about the elevator! The rooms are very tired and not cleaned. You will ask for bed linen and towels) care cosmetics is a dispenser with soap and it will not be there either. There are no beach towels. The lamps are broken, the door locks in the toilet do not work, the shower was changed for us, of course, but it also did not work upon arrival.
The audibility is hellish-if your neighbors are Arabs with children, it's a shot, if young Arabs- at night you will hang out with them regardless of your desire.
Wi-Fi catches extremely poorly only in the lobby.
The pool is a puddle 2 by 4 m very dirty, not cleaned. In my opinion, rotavirus lives comfortably there) all the residents of the hotel vomited from the third day of arrival to departure, I did not talk to anyone (the exception is the Arabs, they are normal).
In general, if you travel by yourself and do not claim a pool and food, you can spend one night in this place (but not get enough sleep), and I do not advise you to go here to relax, especially with children!!!
We flew to rest on 09/01/2024 , the Barkhan hotel is 3 stars , in principle they justified their 3⭐️.
We planned to walk around the city and relax by the sea more, so basically we needed the hotel more for overnight stays and meals. The rooms are generally not bad, the shower and toilet are combined, the bathroom wants the best, but you can live. Cleaning at the hotel every day, they try to clean the rooms when you are not there, so as not to disturb you once again, the garbage was taken away every day. The elevator wants the best, but it is enough for 2 people because there is not enough space there. Wi-Fi mostly worked only on the lobby, but we bought a SIM card upon arrival and were connected to the Internet, so it wasn't scary for us. The food there is excellent, 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner), the bar was open until 23:00. In general, it was not bad, but it was a little boring, there was not enough activity from the hotel, but we understood perfectly well where we were going and that we did not expect just over the service. Of the advantages, the hotel is located in the hustle and bustle of the city, it was interesting to walk around the city, the sea is across the street from the hotel, there is somewhere to go.
We recommend it in principle
The location is ideal: the sea is across the street, there is a pedestrian crossing next to the hotel, a bus stop, shops (chain stores) are within walking distance; the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The staff is friendly, the food for a 3-star hotel is quite decent.
