Clean laundry and toilet ceramics, breakfast included. Toilet and heating pipes are wired across living rooms. Thin plastic doors, very noisy. Locals chatting half a night under hotel windows. Noisy trains passing by at night.Still it’s not India, not so bad.
The food is very tasty. Room cleaning every 2 days, or at the request of the client, at least every day. The hotel tries to make concessions to the client, but all this is so "out of the blue". It's terribly cold in the rooms, and the heater that was given out doesn't even save you. The bathroom is in a dead condition. A broken shower stall. The water is barely running.
There are no places, not in one Arkalyk hotel, as well as those who rent apartments for daily rent, had to spend the night in the car. What kind of impressions can there be?
A provincial hotel for "spending the night", but you'd better use it if you were traveling from the north to relax in front of a broken dirt road after leaving the city. Or it's time to use it if you're coming from the south and were trudging along that same broken dirt road.
It cost 5000 tenge to spend the night alone.
The shower turned out to be without a curtain and with weak pressure, there was no shampoo, brush or toothpaste, soap, in my opinion, was liquid, gray toilet paper.
Polite staff. Nice rooms, lovely showers. Breakfast is included in the price if you stay a full day. The breakfast is simply gorgeous!
Private parking. There are many options where you can have lunch and dinner. Late dinner only at the bowling alley cafe. The dishes are delicious, the portions are large.
It sounds like a great hotel to me. Clean, warm, cozy. This is not the case in all hotels in Astana. At the expense of prices, it may be expensive for Arkalyk, but for me it is quite acceptable for this level. I really liked it
