Great hotel! We stayed there for 4 days in October. The hotel is located in the center of Gagra. Not far from the sea. We are pleasantly surprised by the service. Breakfast is included. Lunch and dinner on request. Everything is fresh and delicious. I recommend it!

Not a big hotel with 5 floors, with its own kitchen, with incredible hospitality, with excellent staff. Clean, beautiful. It is a 5-minute walk to the seashore, to the main street where there are many cafes and beauties 4-5 minutes walk. If I go to Gagra in Abkhazia again, I will go to Arda. It's kind of homey there. I recommend this hotel.

I don 't understand where such delight comes from , apparently people left the village . The room is cold, the air conditioner does not work for heat, the floor is sticky as if it had not been washed for a month, the balcony does not lock, although the key is inserted , because of this it is even colder, blowing from the door. The mattress is hard, the pillows become just flat after 3 minutes. The shower doors don 't close , the wheels are broken , everything naturally pours onto the toilet floor . There is a hair dryer in the shower, but there is nowhere to insert it, one outlet by the bed, one under the TV. The TV remote is rewound with tape , the batteries are dead so that when you press the buttons you need to press with great effort . There are no slippers . There is a lamp on each side of the bed at the head , but you turn on only one, we remember about the sockets, then why 2 lamps is unclear . Flies fly out of the sink , there are a lot of bedbugs in the room , where would they come from if the balcony is closed is unclear . We will never, and for 3,300 a day , for which we ask , we will not come , and we will tell all our friends to go around this place a kilometer away . We stayed in room 209 from 10/26/2024 to 10/27/2024

The price/quality ratio is perfect. Very good location: close to a good grocery store, close to the sea, a short distance from the main road. One of the disadvantages is probably the need to cross the railway tracks on the road to the sea. But this is not critical, because few trains pass. And also keep in mind that payment is only in cash or by transfer (as in most places in Abkhazia).

A solid five in every way for a mini-hotel! Incredibly friendly and courteous staff, cleanliness and neatness in the rooms, fresh furniture, excellent varied breakfast. Umbrellas were kindly provided to us in the rain. The wifi is stable, the speed is normal
I didn't have enough sockets, but there is an extension cord in each room, look in the bedside table. Hair dryer, beach towels are available. An ironing board is located on each floor. The price/quality ratio is five out of five! Keep it up, thanks for the hospitality!

Great hotel, clean, cozy. Courteous staff, breakfast included, lunch and dinner are available on request, room with balcony and gorgeous mountain views. They clean every day, there is WiFi in the room, you can watch TV at home. Excursions, taxis, etc. everything can be ordered at the reception. The hotel itself is 5 minutes from the sea. The walls are thin as in any hotel, so be quiet.

A decent hotel. Clean, the bed and towels are changed every 4 days. The set includes beach towels. Daily cleaning service. Good breakfasts. Good location. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.

Well done! Clean, good furniture, professional staff, attentive. There was enough food, there was something for a 3-year-old child to eat. Cheaper than somewhere on the shore. The place is good, lots of greenery, birds are singing, the sea is a couple of steps away. Thank you for a pleasant stay

the air conditioners don't work, the water and lights are turned off, the shower is leaking, the laminate is swollen, the hair dryer is broken, there is not enough breakfast for everyone. the hotel is close to the sea - you will have to constantly listen to disgusting music
, and if you stain something and refuse to pay 5000 rubles for it, then you will be threatened with forced eviction.

A very chic hotel. Wonderful and helpful hosts. The beach is 3 minutes away. Parking for cars. The rooms are spacious with all the necessary equipment. There are suites at affordable prices. In general, a great place to stay in Gagra.

A new multi-storey building built this summer.There is an outdoor swimming pool on site.Very convenient location, close to the sea.But the only drawback is the dirt around the hotel grounds.
