We stayed in different 4-5 star hotels. Pineapple is a great hotel. The staff is very friendly. Cleaning is offered daily. The rooms are not tired. Everything is clean, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. The restaurant is a separate topic. The food is very diverse. Lots of fish: sea bass, trout, mackerel. Meat- beef, lamb, chicken, perfectly cooked turkey- you can lick your fingers! I ate quail for the first time in my life, now I understand why it was a favorite dish of Hurrem Sultan! Fruits include melons, apples, grapes, pears, and plums...The vegetables are delicious, fresh, and sweets are generally a song!!!! The only problem is the rotovirus, which we all had for 1-2 days. But this is not the problem of the hotel, but the problem of the end of the season. He has been and will be everywhere. The animation is great, the disco. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds, no need to occupy in the morning. The only thing I didn't like was the beach bar. It's kind of shabby, you could have thought of something more interesting. The entrance to the sea is bad, but you can walk literally 100 meters to the right and there are good gangplanks. So everything is normal!!! I recommend it to everyone. Both young people and families with children. Children have a lot of fun. Swimming pool with slides, adult pool. Alanium is just around the corner. The boardwalk is also great, there is a bus stop nearby. If we are going to Alanya, we will definitely visit Pineapple!!

Great hotel, clean, tidy. The location is across the street from the sea...but the disadvantage on the beach is entering the sea - natural stone slabs, it is difficult with kids, although it is dangerous for an adult to enter..

The food is normal, they try to feed us in a variety of ways.
The minus, of course, is the Internet in the hotel, free in the lobby - you can only use it for a messenger, although a paid one that has to catch on the beach (worth 2 €/ 3$) does not cope well... It is more profitable to buy a local SIM card.

It's not a bad hotel, we found a spacious room.
Among the advantages: two swimming pools on the territory, slides, the food is generally delicious, but rather monotonous. Close to the sea, there is a way out.
On the downside: there is no wi-fi in the rooms, the air conditioner is broken and it has not been repaired during the rest. With the heat and humidity at +31, it was very difficult to survive at night. For drinks - powdered juices, coffee too. The entrance to the sea is terrible. There is a slippery, sharp rock along the entire shore under the water. It is impossible to swim and not get injured. Bandages, in turn, will all be paid, $ 15 for each.

We were in June 2024. Sooo cozy, comfortable hotel. We were glad to leave. It is convenient that the rooms, the spa, the shop, and the dining room (restaurant) are located in the 1st building. The pools are nearby, clean, everything is cleaned and washed every day. The road to the sea is safe, there is a crossing under the road. The neighboring hotel cannot boast of this, people there run across the road at their own risk, because no one stops at the pedestrian crossing.
We had a 3rd floor, overlooking the sea, without any bribes. There, no matter which way the windows look out, the views are beautiful, the sea, mountains, or palm trees. There are no products such as shampoo, paste, etc. you need to take it with you, or buy it at a local store. You can change money to local ones right at the hotel on the ground floor in the store. There are many hairdressers, shops, and a market nearby in the area.
Take beach towels with you, you can't take hotel towels!
The internet in the lobby is very slow. I can't say if I pay for it in the room, whether it will be faster, because they didn't use it.I think it's easier to buy a SIM card for a vacation, so that you can always be with the Internet, in case of a walk.
Food, there's a lot of it, I didn't see anyone hungry, everyone was picking up full plates and not one at a time)) Everyone will find something to their liking. Juice is not very good, like powdered coffee from a vending machine. The tea is not bad. Fruits, sweets, meat, fish, vegetables. I think food is being criticized unfairly. They have never been poisoned by anything, everything is fine. The room was cleaned every day. Sometimes we asked ourselves not to clean up, there was nothing to clean up.
The sea is beautiful, thick, warm, small fish swim right off the shore. About the bottom. It is different throughout the beach. It's safe to wear swimming shoes. The plates at the bottom are not sharp, but there are deep cracks between them.It's inconvenient if you walk , and when you swim, it doesn't matter what the bottom is.

We rested in this wonderful hotel from 16.09-23.09.24 and were delighted!
Room: comfortable, there was a double bed + a single bed, there is a safe, a wardrobe to hang clothes, a small refrigerator in which there were 2 bottles of water of 1.5 liters. Cleaning was carried out every day, towels and bed linen were changed every 3 days. The ashtray was changed every day. Towels cannot be taken out of the room!
Staff: Everyone is very friendly, Turkish girls at the reception in the morning, and Russian-speaking Turks in the evening. The animators are also Turks, but they are trying to learn Russian, you can communicate with them through a translator (if something is not clear)
The territory: very beautiful, two pools, one with slides, the other simple but large. There are many sun beds with umbrellas and tables on which there are also ashtrays. There is also a snack bar and a bar with alcoholic (beer, vodka, wine, gin, rum) and soft drinks (juices, water, lemonades, tea and coffee). The snack bar is open from 16-17.00 where you can eat French fries, nuggets or pasta. The bar is open from 10-23, the bar has tables where you can sit. There are also toilets and showers on the territory of the pools. There is a small shop with goods in the hotel building, and there is a spa, massage, hammam.
Food: the food is basically monotonous, it's pasta, rice, sometimes there was mashed potatoes, a lot of gravy, sometimes fish was given. Vegetable salads. I would like them to sign what is lying , we did not understand a couple of times what was there at all , or gravy or something else, we did not take any chances. Desserts are on fire , always cakes , cakes are very tasty . There are always melons , grapes , and plums from fruits. Watermelon has not been tasted (( . In general , do not stay hungry !
Beach: 6/10. There are sun beds, but there will definitely be no free time during the day. We really liked the underground passage, 70 m and you are on the beach. The approach is dangerous, we were a little unlucky with the sea, there were big waves, it was dangerous to enter the sea, since natural plates. The beach is also not very clean . We rested in June 2024 (6 days/6 nights). I liked everything very much. Clean rooms (ours was with a beautiful view of the sea. The room was cleaned every day. Cool, clean area. Delicious food, wonderful bar.

One of the disadvantages is paid WiFi (free only in the lobby). But then I realized that the lack of Internet in the territory is a plus.
We swam in pools (we couldn't get the child out of the nursery with slides), sunbathed. They drank and ate. The sea is a few meters away, the exit is directly from the hotel through an underground passage!
The sea is warm and clean, there are sun loungers with umbrellas and tables on the beach. The beach area is clean, sand. The entrance is convenient, but there is a stove further into the sea and you need to go carefully.

I just got back from there yesterday.
Among the advantages are the sea view, friendly staff, good food, a large selection. There are markets both to the right and to the left of the hotel, walking about a kilometer.
The beach is very close, sun beds, umbrellas, drinks, everything is included in the price of the tour.
One of the disadvantages is the stone slabs when entering the sea.
I thought it was nonsense, the tour operator warned us about it.
But when you come in or out of the sea, the waves can push you onto these slabs. We had a lot of injuries - broken knees, bruises, injured hands. Some even have aquashouses (special shoes for swimming in the sea) They didn't help.
We found a nice beach and went swimming there by bus. But there, accordingly, everything is paid.

Side dish - spaghetti, pasta, rice. In general, you will not stay hungry. Of course there are people who have nothing to eat, but the question is what did they forget in a budget hotel? Fruits- apples, pears, plums, grapes and melons are always there. There are a lot of sweets.
The pools and slides are clean, they bleach constantly. The beach on the sea consists of slabs and it is dangerous to enter, but if you have no restrictions on movement, then you can walk to other beaches just 300 meters to the left and 600 meters to the right. A wonderful entry into the sea. I liked the rest. And for people who have nothing to eat and everything is bad, you can consider other hotels, but unfortunately the prices there will be more expensive.

I had a rest at the Pineapple Hotel in May of this year. Everything : food, rooms, cleaning, staff at a decent level. The only drawback is entering the sea on the beach. But it didn't bother me at all, since the pier of the neighboring hotel is 50 meters away, I swam from it. I told my friend about the hotel and in July from 11 to 23 we went here again. Despite the full workload of the hotel, the quality of service remained at a high level. I especially want to express my gratitude to the guy on the Omer recipe. Responsive and attentive. We rested at the hotel from 02.10 to 15.10. The first thing that confused us a little was that we arrived at the hotel at 10:00, it was announced at the reception that our room was not ready, but for $ 30 it was ready and with a view of the sea, because we were tired from the road, we paid. Everyone writes about rotavirus, thank God it didn't touch us, but sometimes pay attention to what you put on your plates. Either you've never eaten, or just out of greed... you can get poisoned from one meal (and the symptoms can easily be confused with rotavirus). The food is the same, for 14 days there has already been hunger, it's good that it was sweet, there are no questions about it. Animation is the same thing, 15 minutes of aqua aerobics, an after-dinner dance of animators, darts, 30 minutes of an evening show (repeated every couple of days), and that's enough.
The entry into the sea is terrible, only plates, but in 14 days we got used to them.
guide Karina is a separate story, according to her, that the prices for excursions are different, since everyone's salaries are different, so the excursions will be on different budgets, but when we heard the prices, we were shocked. Do you invent them there yourself? If you take the prices for excursions for the whole family, you will get how to relax for a week in this hotel. As an example, she says the tour (jeeps & ship) is $ 60 per person, but only today it's $ 50, then when they came to give her some kind of questionnaire, she says I give this tour for $ 40. It's a joke, isn't it? how much does this tour really cost?)

We stayed at this hotel in September 2024. I'll write about the bad stuff first) I was unpleasantly surprised by a few things:
1. The pillows in the room were small. Therefore, after the first night, we came to the reception and asked for 2 more pillows. We have mentioned this twice. Bottom line: they brought us ONE pillow on the penultimate day of rest).
2. The safe wasn't working in our room. When we went downstairs to the reception and told them about it, the receptionist told us that we should call him from the room and inform him about it) we did not understand why our application could not be accepted if we personally came and told him about it. As a result, they didn't bother and just didn't use the safe.
3. Room cleaning. Firstly, there are no signs that hotels usually have about not being disturbed or, conversely, about a room cleaning request. We saw that some of the rooms had homemade ones made from a simple notebook sheet. Although, it seems to me, such signs are the norm for hotels) The room itself was not cleaned very well. I can't say it was downright dirty, but I saw that the same trash was lying on the floor throughout the rest) One day, they left a tip for those who would clean up. We returned, and they were there. Just because they didn 't even come to clean up 😁

The beach is nearby. Get out of the hotel, walk through the underground passage and the beach. An important point: the bottom of the sea is made of rocky slabs. It's very slippery. Therefore, it is better to take special shoes with you for such bathing. The water was clear, and if you put your head under the water with glasses, you could immediately see a lot of beautiful fish)
The food at the hotel is generally good. I think you can choose something. There are always salads with fresh vegetables, various types of olives, cheese, fish, etc.
We've never swum in the hotel pool, so I can't say anything about it)
We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which is a plus) beautiful. Therefore, if there is a choice, then I recommend this option)

We were newlyweds in October 2024. My husband and I were given a room with two beds.They asked for a few days to change the room to the one with a double bed, but they refused. The food is normal, everything is delicious.Those who complain about the food at the 4* hotel, you don't eat Michelin dishes at home. The beach is dirty. The sunbeds and umbrellas are very, very tired. The entrance to the sea is not very pleasant, but the hotel is not to blame for this. The room was dirty. There is a clump of someone else's hair on the sink, and in general the bathroom is dirty, and the sink and shower. Towels with stains.The bedspread has a huge hole, and the curtain is also full of holes. It was already quite cool at night, blankets were found in the closet, when they were taken out, they were horrified, as if they had not been washed since the very foundation of the hotel, they were very dusty and dirty, they had to freeze. Every day there is an entertainment program, it's good, I didn't have to be bored. The biggest plus is the first coastline, and an underground passage to the beach.

Great location for Alanya!!! The first line, there is an underground passage from the pool to the sea beach.
The territory of the hotel is not large, but sufficient. Respect to the gardener!!! It is well maintained and cozy.
There are practically no evening shows at the hotel, which is fine. A very family friendly relaxing holiday. They were in July 2023. Turks mostly vacationed with their families.
The restaurant is cramped, it is not always possible to find an empty table.
According to the menu and the deliciousness of the food, they expected the best - for a declared four-star hotel. But they weren't hungry. The staff is trying hard.
The room got a view of the sea and the fortress on the third floor. The view overshadows even the noise from the road))) The air conditioning in the room is very well located, it does not blow.
We cleaned the room every day, and on some days we even refused to clean. All requests (gel, toilet paper, fresh towels) were fulfilled by the staff with a smile and from the heart.

We spent 7 days and 6 nights in Alanya for the first time. The hotel is almost in the center, its own underground passage to the sea, the hotel's swimming pool is small and clean.
Food, no one remained hungry and there were enough places for everyone, meat, fish, vegetables and sweets..I liked everything.
The room is clean, spacious on the second floor, when walking, when taking the elevator ((long wait and a lot of people.
Animation was not important to us, we walked in the evenings, we did not exercise by the pool in the morning..but people liked it..
Overall, very positive impressions..except for the entrance to the sea... you can kill yourself on the rocks..
We went to other beaches or took a bus to Cleopatra Beach..there is azure water and the entrance is wonderful (* for adults, it is gentle..but without the stones..
I recommend the hotel as a solid 4 (I have nothing to compare the fours with, we were in a good 5..such as Santay, Maritim..and that was 10 years ago for the last time.., I judge by them.

24. Repairs in Pineapple were in 2016, no later than they write everywhere. The territory is quite small, there are three swimming pools. A children's paddling pool with ice water, a small pool with three slides and a main pool. There is one bar throughout the territory that is open from 10:00 to 23:00, made from local alcohol...vodka, crayfish, beer, gin. This hotel does not have an "ultra all inclusive", do not confuse these two functions with each other. In fact, it's a good three. Breakfast, for all the days that we were there, there was fried eggs once. Lunch, a choice of hot rice/pasta, fish/meat, salads and snacks are always the same, as for lunch, as for dinner with a lot of someone's hair. Well, dinner is not much different from lunch, they can add more broccoli / cauliflower. They have sweets at all meals. There is also a "snack" between lunch and dinner, consistently overcooked and dry French fries, the same nuggets, spaghetti, and how without it.....dirty plates :)
The rooms, there are no pretensions to the rooms, are gorgeous. Large and spacious. Cleaning, just taking out the trash and making the bed. They don't do anything else, they don't vacuum, they don't change towels (until you throw them out the door of the room on the floor), they don't change the bed linen until you go to the reception several times.
The sea, the passage through the underpass is two minutes. There are enough sun beds, the shore is dirty. Bottle fragments, condoms, trash. It is impossible to enter the water because there are slabs and stones all along the coast, you can break your legs. If it's calm and you can somehow see the bottom, then you can still try. The bar by the sea is open from 10 to 19. There is a menu with cocktails (paid), I do not recommend it. They don't know how to do it.
Animation, it is there and this is already a plus! Yoga for 10 minutes in the afternoon, aqua aerobics for 15 minutes, at 20:30 a children's disco (funny) for exactly 20 minutes, I clocked all the days. And 40 minutes of the show at 21:00.
AS FOR THE SUN BEDS BY THE POOL, INHUMANS OCCUPY THEM FROM 6 AM, BY 8:30 THERE ARE NO SUN BEDS AVAILABLE. AND THERE WON'T BE ANY MORE DURING THE DAY. THEY OCCUPY THEM AND GO OUT FOR THE WHOLE DAY, TO THE SEA, TO SLEEP, TO EAT, TO TAKE A WALK, AND THE SUN BEDS TAKE UP LITTLE IF THEY WANT TO SWIM IN THE POOL. THE HOTEL ADMINISTRATION DOES NOT REACT TO THIS AT ALL, THEY DO NOT CARE.

hotel.... Normal, without any WOW! but it's not bad either. as everywhere there are pros and cons.
Of the advantages: although the hotel is located across the street from the beach, but there is a passage under the road and it's just great 👍 the children walked independently and safely from the beach to the hotel / pool; the staff is friendly; cleaning is done every day - quite clean; buffet - a lot, quite tasty, a sufficient variety, but no frills.
Of the cons: It's wifi!! there is free only in the lobby at the reception, the speed is disgusting, paid (prices in the photo) - the speed is a little better, and catches in the room and on the beach (but the speed...🤦♀️)
drinks included in All - only water turned out to be delicious for me 😁 well, I also drank cappuccino in the morning. soft drinks have a chemical taste, made from powders. alcohol - I couldn't drink - I had a terrible headache (I bought wine in the store, in factory packaging - it was fine), maybe the beer was not bad, but I don't drink it))
and I really didn't like the entrance to the water on the beach - terrible: the beach itself is good - the sand is clean, but there are big slippery stones under the water - every time you enter the water, there is a risk of either injuring or breaking your legs🙈

Nice hotel! Basically clean!
