A wonderful hotel! The room is perfectly clean! Beautiful view from the window, huge terrace. The staff is very friendly and courteous! The restaurant has delicious, fresh dishes and clean dishes and appliances! I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff of this hotel! I want to come back to you... I recommend it!

Nice cozy hotel in the mountains, very helpful and pleasant staff. However, there are drawbacks - the ski room requires repairs and equipment for drying shoes, the rooms are a little cramped and without convenient shelves, hangers and other options to dry clothes after skiing. You also need to keep in mind the distance of the hotel from the main lifts, and taxis in Gudauri are very expensive.

The hotel is very good. There is no equal in the combination of price and quality! The kitchen is good. The service is excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day. In the attic there are entertainment facilities in the form of billiard tables (Russian, American, etc.) air hockey, table football, X-box game consoles. The fireplace is heated every day. There is a hookah, but smoking only on the terrace, and at minus 10 it is a so-so pleasure for 50 gel. Of the minuses: - it's time to do repairs; - there is no noise insulation of walls and doors; - the rooms are cramped about 13 sq.m.;

We had a rest in the middle of March, went skiing with the whole family. I liked the hotel. Very friendly staff, good food, took breakfasts and dinners, cozy rooms. We are going to stay there next year.

Great hotel! The reception speaks three languages, including Russian. The rooms are comfortable, the location is gorgeous - The view of the mountains is awesome. The buffet is quite varied.
