A colorful hotel, courteous staff, delicious food. The fantastic beauty of nature and the sea. We got into the off-season, in June. It consists in the fact that a huge amount of prickly algae washes up to the shore. No one swims in the sea. But, the situation is saved by the pool and its own water park. For families with children, it's the best. On the day of arrival, as a complement, we were accommodated in a room with a sea view, a separate wow! It is impressive both in sunny weather and in a storm). You also need to take into account that it is almost the equator. The sun is very hot. Locals swim in indoor swimsuits. The radiation is getting stronger every year. They produce protective creams spf 100! Blondes and redheads, don't be lazy to get to the mall and protect yourself. Nuances: 1. A very expensive flight! Very much so! 2/3 of the tour price. 2. In Mexico, there are no concepts of hotel stardom, they draw what they want. The number was depressing. As in a village with rough plaster painted walls. It looks like you're covering the floor with a blackout curtain, but it's old, with signs of mold. According to various sources, the hotel is 3 and 4 stars. But even 5 stars does not guarantee a quality vacation. One of the guides told a story about Ksenia Bogomolova, she gave away a lot of honest money, settled in 5*, and there is no air conditioning. "I ran away, dropping my slippers..." Apparently I got into the season when locals prefer to relax in hotels. It is customary for them. A huge family with babies and old people in wheelchairs. Very nice! Tables are being moved for such families, it looks impressive. Excursions: They cost 0.7-1.2 thousand dollars. But they are worth their money. We were in Shkaret Park - I highly recommend it! We swam in an underground river, admired flamingos, ate in a restaurant (included in the ticket price, buffet). You can walk in special suits under water (but we didn't get there, the weather let us down. 3. Tips accepted. On the day of check-in, there are 2 bottles of water for the 4th. It's hot, I'm thirsty. But $1 changes everything. And coffee appears, and extra towels. The bed is pure white, it changes daily. Due to the high humidity, things may not dry out.

Now I'm on vacation with my wife) the hotel is divided into 2 parts) large in colonial style! The beach is magical, the staff is polite, the weather really lets you down a little), but it's not scary! We walk, go on excursions and enjoy every day)

We had a rest in March 2019. It is a good hotel, but it is far from the tourist center. You have to travel by routes. There are few Russians. Food for 3+ Little seafood, but champagne in the morning. There was a lot of algae and it was uncomfortable to swim. There are 2 buildings, the main one, by the water and across the road. It's much quieter and quieter across the street. There is a water park and a show program. I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time. I really liked Mexico.
