A pleasant, normal city hotel with no special frills. The location is convenient in the historical part with attractions. The Blue Mosque is a 10-minute walk away. The embankment is 5 minutes away. The rooms are not large, but you can stay. The room was clean. The beds are comfortable, there is a TV, a kettle and a hairdryer. There is an exit to the roof with a beautiful view. The staff is helpful and friendly. You can have breakfast.

Positive:
1. Location (convenient, within walking distance to the main attractions)
2. The staff (friendly and friendly (except the cleaner), speak both Russian and English). The Russian-speaking girl at the reception (Maya, I think) and one of the waiters in the dining room are especially friendly and friendly - they always smiled and tried to help and answer questions.

That's the end of the advantages, two stars, actually, for these advantages, because cleanliness is important to me, but there are problems with this.
Minuses:
1. We checked in late, went into the room, the lighting is so dark that it is impossible to see if the room is clean, shone a flashlight to at least examine the bed. We wake up in the morning and realize that everything is dirty, nothing was cleaned for the previous guests, and not even vacuumed, hair and dust in the bathroom. In the morning, we asked the girl at the reception to clean at least the bathroom. By the evening, when they returned, the promise was fulfilled - there was no hair on the bathroom floor, but at the same time, no one planned to touch the remnants of dirt either in the bathroom or in the room.
The bed and towels seem to be washed, but with stains and holes.
There are dirt stains on the table and on the cabinets in the room.
2. There was no toothbrush or toothpaste. We did not ask, because we took a travel kit with us in case of emergency.
3. The water was updated only on demand.
4. We repeatedly saw a cleaner (Russian-speaking) on the floor, asked to clean up. She promised us several times that she would clean up - but at most she only changed the water and slippers, and took out the trash. It feels like she was told to go into the bathroom only to change the trash and toilet paper to update, but why clean?
5. Towels were folded neatly one day, we thought she had changed them, but seeing the same hole in the old towel, we concluded that she just folded ours (or there are holes everywhere).
6. The phone did not work in our room (209) (the cord was torn off), the cleaner promised to tell us to fix it, but there were no changes.
7. The TV is not working.
8. One of the ceiling lamps is not working.
9. There is no closet, only a small opening from the hanger (and hangers are only for shirts, there is nowhere to hang pants)
10. Breakfast:
A buffet, so as not to stay hungry, without frills. From the assortment - there are a couple of types of eggs, one type of sausage, 2 types of cheese, butter, French fries (hard and dry), two days of fries were with pieces of sausages, cucumbers and tomatoes (not always), sauerkraut, lettuce leaves, greens, bread. Mayonnaise, ketchup. Two types of muesli (sometimes one type) with milk.
For drinking - already diluted tea and coffee, i.e. there are no vending machines where you can make a classic cappuccino. It doesn't taste very good.
Bread could be toasted like toast - that's probably the only thing I liked.
There are no fruits and pastries from the word at all. Instead of sweets and pastries - honey, chocolate, jam - apparently smear on bread.
In general, if it were cleaner, it would be 4 stars, the breakfasts would be better - 5 stars.
Perhaps the price corresponds to the quality, but the hotel has been assigned 4 stars - this definitely does not correspond to reality (or do they not know what cleanliness is in Turkey?)

The hotel is not bad, but very tired, the furniture has seen the sights. The hair dryer in the room is a long-lived one, it has been plowed away for many years since the foundation of the hotel. Due to old age, it works every other time, you need to guess every time you go for a walk with a wet head or a dry one. This is one of the disadvantages. On the plus side: the location is great, the boy at the reception who speaks Russian is very cute (unfortunately, I don't know his name), the maids are great, cleaning every day (although it was sometimes not safe for mental health to enter our room), the breakfasts are average (you won't starve, but I would like to variety, but that's if you really find fault). As it is, Istanbul is gorgeous, and such little things don't affect your vacation at all.

I spent a week here with my family! The lobby is very decent! The staff is responsive! Once they even helped to order food delivery! The room is old, has not been updated for a long time, but clean! The food is meager! French fries, omelette, sausages, there was no fruit! They are cleaned daily! There was an incident, the cleaner threw the purchased glasses out of the Starbucks, but she reimbursed the money! Also, once they did not find glasses, I did not betray the meaning of my wife, I probably forgot somewhere, then when the story with the glass happened, they noticed that there were no wireless headphones either. We started looking at the lockers, found glasses and headphones in two different lockers! But they definitely didn't put them there themselves! The staff is very helpful! Especially the Russian-speaking girl at the reception!

We stayed at this hotel in April 2025. We lived on the second floor, the rooms were good, there was cleaning every day, everything was in the bathroom, there were no problems with water. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast was of average quality, the choice was not large and of the same type, I was already very tired after a week of living. Sometimes there wasn't even coffee. Tea wasn't always sweet. However, there was good Wi-fi. The staff does not speak Russian, only English. The location is good from the sights.

Our review was shaped by just one event that happened to us at this hotel. After a wonderful day, we returned to the hotel, and I left my jewelry in my bag, in the inside pocket, fastened with a zipper. The bag was left in the room, and we were in the hotel's Breakfast room. When we returned to the room, there were no jewelry in the bag.
The administration replied to us that they would look at the cameras, but they said IN ADVANCE that the cameras would not show anything. And we have offended them very much with our suspicions, which they will inform the police about.
The manager, Maria, did not help us figure it out, but only advertised a trip along the Bosphorus..
We did not completely spoil our vacation with obviously useless proceedings... and Istanbul did not become less great and beautiful.
Of course, we are very upset by this fact, as well as the attitude and behavior of the hotel staff.

The hotel is frankly not good. Positioning itself as a foursome, it provides rooms in the basement! The rooms are dark, there is no additional light, and there is a terrible sewer smell in the bathrooms. You definitely need to ask the receptionist for something, she consistently asked for toilet paper, a working kettle, after changing the room, she repaired the safe, and she didn't even ask for the kettle. There is no water even as a greeting. The experience of living in two rooms, plus reviews from neighbors. The breakfasts are very controversial. There is no porridge. There is no milk and coffee from the word at all! No fruit, not even canned. Cleaning is not every day, they don't take out the trash, but I didn't have time to leave, at 11 o'clock they took away my towels, put new ones, probably in the expectation that I wouldn't have to wash my hands. The guys at the reception are kind of responsive, but it doesn't do much good.

We chose 4*, but we got it... On the plus side: the location is excellent, everything is within walking distance, the staff speaks Russian, breakfasts (it's good that they were at all).
The room is tiny, dark, the bathroom has no shelves, it is not very convenient, everything quickly becomes moldy.
Breakfasts are not tasty, monotonous, you can only eat eggs. Coffee and cream from bags, with a damp lump inside, the tea is disgusting.
The rooms were cleaned every day! This is a plus, we changed the towels.
But not once in 7 days.

It was in the month of February.. I chose the hotel based on reviews and I was not mistaken!
The location is excellent: the sea, mosques, parks, bazaars, shops, trams-all within walking distance.
The hotel itself is fabulously beautiful! (I was very impressed by the beauty of the elevators) The staff is great, knows Russian. He is polite and friendly. The room is quiet, warm and clean. Cleaning and linen change daily. Kettle, refrigerator, safe, TV... - it's great that it's in Turkish... We're in Turkey...
the bathroom... yes, without doors, it is made in the Turkish style, but I managed not to spray water and the bathroom room was not "flooded". Hair dryer, soap, shampoos, shower gels-all washing products were delivered daily.
A cozy beautiful dining room, everything you need for breakfast in Turkey-everything is there! And what you need for dinner can be found in any restaurant with a view of the sea or the Bosphorus!

A good hotel, very pleasant staff, especially at the reception, will always prompt and help. I didn't like the room a bit - there were not enough shelves and hooks for towels in the bathroom, a very non-functional wardrobe (there are no shelves to fold clothes). We visited this hotel in October 2024! Of course, plus its location, nearby taxis, cafes, grocery stores. About 500 meters to the Blue Mosque! The room stock for Istanbul is very good, there is something to compare it with. We arrive 2-3 times a year! Beautiful roof terrace! Standard breakfasts! We had everything in the room: kettle, coffee, tea, water, hairdryer! We were with a small child and immediately brought a crib! We had cleaning on demand, as we hung up the sign! We were checked into this hotel because something went wrong in ours! Our room was on the 2nd floor, with a French balcony, 2 meters too small.The room had: free safe, air conditioning working,TV working, but our channels were not showing well, small refrigerator, toilet.accessories, slippers,towels, so to speak, a closet in order to hang the linen, but there is nowhere to put it, there is no such closet, breakfast is until 10.30. If you find fault, then of course you can find a lot of things, the toilet room is normal:the water was always hot, and the outlet next to the hair dryer was broken, the curtains could certainly be washed.... Firstly, it does not correspond to the pictures on the site and the reality . Minuses:
- there is no shelf for shampoo and soap in the shower . You need to put everything on the floor or hold it in your hand and wash at the same time.
- there is no closet for storing things at all. There is only a hanger in a niche without doors. The suitcase also has nowhere to put it in the way.
- it is very dark in the room , there is a chandelier with three 40 watt bulbs and it is dark in general .
- the air conditioner is leaking and dripping on the floor in the middle of the room , good thing it 's not on the bed .
- they gave me a bottle of water only on the first day , then they said there was nothing in the bar according to the plan , not even water at all 🤔
- constant noise from the street from a bird (which sits in a cage on the street) in the cafe below .
- the repair of the murdered man is generally 10 years old, probably already, if not 15
- dining room : the chairs are shabby, the tables are not straight and swing.
- the food is generally terrible , Sweden is a table type , the food is cold , sliced bread is uneven , the plates are all chipped and cracked , they refused the EU's request to make another portion of the omelet , saying that there is no more , the juice is picketed, the food is not tasty at all.

We had a 3-bed room.
Good beds, comfortable, the rooms are warm.
Not a big one, of course, but for Istanbul, that's how I understood the norm.There is a TV, a table, bedside tables, a safe, a mirror, a shower, a toilet, they clean the room and change towels every day.
There is an elevator, a shop, a cafe nearby, the square and the blue mosque are 7 minutes away.
The location is good.

The rooms are cleaned every day, water, tea, coffee are brought .

In the dining room, some girls say the same in Russian.
In general , the staff is friendly and ready to help .
The food is a standard buffet. Hot omelette, French fries, tea, coffee, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, pastries, etc. are great for me.
You can fill up on the roof of the hotel , there is a Blue Mosque in front of your eyes ( in the evening it glows all over )

A quiet little hotel. We chose to spend the night, have breakfast and go on another excursion. The staff knows Russian poorly, English is not bad. The room is cleaned every day. The shower does not fully close, so the water splashes all over the bathroom. The TV shows only Turkish channels, we did not request it, maybe you can add it. The advantage of this hotel is its location and the fact that the rooms are cleaned daily. That's all. The room stock, and the hotel itself, have long been in need of repair or at least washing the walls. The furniture in the room, in particular the wardrobe for outerwear, is very light and airy and can fall apart from a careless touch, and the condition requires a little repair. Further, there are no elementary water glasses in the room of a four-star hotel. So you'll have to drink from a plastic bottle. The bathroom, like everything else, needs repair.But there is another bonus, if you want to put a towel or put a gel or shampoo in the shower, then you can hardly do it, since there is not a single device for this.
When asked to bring an iron, the staff responded vividly and enthusiastically, but they said they would print in an hour!!! But they never brought it. The breakfasts at the hotel are monotonous and without much choice. Well, okay, you can live, but the fact that the hotel ran out of glassware for tea and coffee and offered paper cups was a surprise. I do not recommend the hotel.

Do not choose this hotel for anything, except for the location in the historical center there are no advantages.
