Nice hotel, very close to the sea, 5 min walk, the location is great for Oludeniz! The staff is pleasant, hospitable, they try very hard, they respond to all requests. We didn't have high expectations from the hotel, but everything is quite comfortable. The rooms are small, unpretentious, but they are cleaned every day, the views are amazing all around, and we came to admire nature, not sit in the room. The food is very simple, the choice is meager, but at current prices in Turkey (the cafe is very expensive), we ate at the hotel, there is always food and you will not be hungry. The beer and wine in the hotel are delicious. The territory inside the hotel is very nice and cozy. In terms of price and quality, this is a very good option for a budget vacation at an expensive resort.

Oludeniz is a very beautiful place!!! 300 meters away is a beautiful beach with an azure sea.
!?But the Akdeniz Beach Hotel is a 4-star hotel (that's how Pegasus-Turistik sold us), it is actually designated as 3 stars on the spot, and deserves (minus) 2 stars.
The rooms are dirty with very old repairs for decent money.
There is almost no service, the room was cleaned on the 4th day of stay after the 3rd request.
General cleaning has not been done for 5 years because there is mold and dirt on the baseboards.
The staff is not intrusive.
The food is normal and there is even a variety of cuisine, but not for gourmets. Everything is simple. "All inclusive", only until 21:00 - then only water.

One of the best holiday destinations in Turkey is Oludeniz....It was before September 2024. For three years in a row, we went on vacation to this coast on this gorgeous sea, and in this 2024, a HORROR called Akdeniz happened. We all understand perfectly well that a lot of people rest in hotels every year, of course they will not renovate annually, but you need to understand the basic things with your head. Check-in we were given room 402, people, we have not seen such a viper anywhere, the air conditioner is hanging on a kind word, but what to hide, on snot, it's all flowing, the path flowed from it directly onto the bed has already been trampled by water and completely black mold on the walls and beds. The floors are dirty, there is ruin all around, the door jamb is propped up with cobblestones brought from the beach. The shower door does not ride on 4 wheels, but on one. He refused the rooms, called the guide separately, she arrived 40 minutes later and did nothing, did nothing. Explain to tour operators why we pay money to you? Do you check who you work with and where the people who paid the money will live? Do you have a conscience? Cleaning is not done from the word at ALL! People came down to the reception and asked to do room cleaning, they did not do it for 6 days. We went down every three days and wrote in detail what to do, wash the floors, change towels, add shower gels, throw out the trash. During the 12 days of "rest", THE BED LINEN WAS NEVER CHANGED, the towels were changed 1 time, cleaned 1 time. Shower gels were not supplemented even once (fortunately, we brought shampoo and shower gel with us). They put young girls of English origin next to us in rooms 401 and 403, who absolutely do not know what culture and upbringing are, they slept until 14 o'clock, and screamed until 5 in the morning, they screamed, they did not know how to talk. There is a karaoke bar below us on the ground floor, from 21 o'clock to 3 a.m. the music was screaming so that you couldn't hear yourself, who builds such establishments on the 1st floor of the hotel? Food is another horror, there is nothing to eat, and besides, cats climb on their tables, even when people are eating. When we were at dinner, a woman brought food to herself so the cat jumped on the table and began to eat from her plate, the woman began to chase the cat, and the waiters, instead of removing the animal and apologizing to the woman, pulled out their phones and filmed a video. The sanitation is complete, the Turks are completely arrogant about how to run a hotel business, the hotel owner has no idea. Don't set foot in Oludeniz anymore. Dear vacationers, do not spoil your vacation, do not come to this Akdeniz dump for anything. Turks - SHAME ON YOU AND HORROR!!!
