The most important thing is that there are no bedbugs (November 24))). We rented three rooms for the company. Yes, the rooms are small and audible, but the price is also appropriate. Mattresses, pillows, bed linen are normal. We changed the bed every other day, towels every day. The rooms are not smelly, they are a bit battered, but tolerable - everything is working, nothing fell off. Elevator for one, maximum two people.It was warm, the batteries were hot. The water is hot without interruptions. Breakfast also matches the price, pastries are available, salad, vegetables. In general, we did not starve. Tea is free all day. Bottled water can be purchased at the bottom for the price of the store.
A huge plus is the location. Nearby are Marmaray, tram, Sultanahmet and Eminonu. Sirkeci is probably the best area for a first time in Istanbul, when the sights are interesting.
Not on the hill, which is also a plus.

I was led by rave reviews and a high rating on a well-known website. As a result: there are problems with ventilation, because of this, the toilet is very smoky and other rooms are draining. The area is very noisy. The sound insulation inside is super-tight, they put a glass door on the stairs on the first floor - they always slam all the doors in the rooms, they give it to me, my room was on the 3rd floor. It would be impossible to sleep without earplugs. Well, they could have put some water in the room. The breakfasts are very weak, rather it is a small snack.

It's a pretty austere hotel. It's small, and the breakfasts are very meager (you can say there aren't any). Basically, you can only get a clean bed, the rest is very doubtful.
For very unassuming tourists.
By the way, they have a terrace with a view of the Bosphorus, but we found out about it on the very last day)
