Judging by the photos from 10-15 years ago, it was a hotel, now it's a hole.
We arrived, the administrator asked to cancel the reservation at the booking office and offered to reduce the price, OK. (Now I can't leave a review there). At first, the payment was made, the check was not given. Before that, they had not cheated in Georgia for 10 days, so they took their word for it, especially since the person lived in Russia, which he even boasted about.
We went into the room, he left, we look at the room not the one that was on the booking, not the junior suite, but the standard, all tired, dead. I returned to the administrator, he says, but there is nothing to look at the booking, we do not have such a number now. We decided to move out, we ask for a refund of GEL 315, which we receive a refusal.
After short-term beliefs that he was acting unmanly and this was not what was stated, the administrator and the owner decided to withhold 30 GEL from us in 30 minutes and return the rest.

A terrible room was provided. The photo does not correspond to reality. We were given the wrong room that we booked at the booking, saying that everything on this floor is a junior suite, and also asked to cancel the reservation. The payment was taken in advance. The reviews seem to be screwed up. After spending half an hour in the room, we realized that we did not want to stay, because these conditions absolutely do not correspond to the promised ones. The shower head is broken in the bathroom, the faucet is peeling, the toilet seat did not rise, and the lock in the toilet is broken, the bed linen with dirty stains that apparently do not wash off, disposable slippers with dirty soles, as if worn. With a scandal, they tried to return the money and move out. The administrator and the director decided not to return the entire amount to us, because we stayed in the room for half an hour, touched everything there and breathed their air. We were charged 30 GEL for this. The absolute lack of customer orientation. Now do not leave a review on the booking, because the reservation was canceled. Don't be fooled into canceling your reservation, but rather choose another hotel. Judge for yourself what kind of junior suite it is.

It is ideally located) Everything is nearby, the view from the balcony is pleasant. Breakfast is not a buffet, but it is quite satisfying: they give cottage cheese, sour cream, scrambled eggs, sausages, vegetables, sweets, drinks to choose from (I recommend compote, very tasty). But a fat minus for the bed linen, or we were so unlucky, but the sheet was so worn and washed, and all in cafes, that we had to pull the sheet off the single bed and lay it on top!(( Horror of course ((The room itself was spacious and warm (we were in October), the bathroom is normal, the balcony is miniature, only you can put a chair and sit sideways, Wi-Fi caught well. The price is quite consistent with the level of the hotel, I would stay there more (but I would ask you to change the bed linen))

Not a bad room. But it's uncomfortable. The air conditioner is noisy and does not heat well, because apart from it, nothing heats the room. The garbage was not taken out, the room was not cleaned. And in general, the room needs renovation.

Not to say that it's super. He will go to stay in the city center for a couple of nights. The bed is clean. If by car, it is better to leave the car downstairs, do not wander to the hotel. Steep slopes and few parking spaces. It's not worth it.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the view from the windows is gorgeous if it is 2 or 3 floors. Some plumbing could certainly be fixed. The staff is sociable and the breakfasts are delicious. They even baked pancakes for my son to order. )) There is an excellent wine shop-bar next door, where sessions of musicians are held periodically.

It's a good place, but the hotel requires you to put your hands on it. The broken faucet and shower holder have not been repaired in a year. Half of the light bulbs in the room burned out. Room cleaning for three. Bed linen is also asked for floor rags, and not to sleep on it.
It is a pity that the owners began to poorly monitor the rooms.

A great budget option if the main purpose of your visit is to walk all day, a hotel in the city center. No food was taken at the hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The downside was the windowless room. The glass shelf in the bathroom was so precariously secured that it fell down. Fortunately, no one was injured.
