The hotel is new, beautiful and modern. It is located in the city center. Clean and cozy. A great cafe can be ordered for lunch and dinner. Among the disadvantages: there are no refrigerators in the rooms. The refrigerator is paid, daily payment, located at the reception. There is an ironing room, also for a fee. Drinks and beauty supplies can be purchased. The towels are very beautiful, but with a very strong unpleasant smell (changing towels the next day did not solve the problem).

Good afternoon. We stayed at your hotel for 5 days. The staff is very polite, good repair, convenient Parking. However, in the last minutes of departure, our mood and impression were spoiled. We rented a triple room, but there were two of us. The room cost 150 rubles per day. Upon check-out, we were informed that we had lost one cup from the room. Of course, I paid 10 rubles for this cup. But! There is no tea or coffee in the room to use the cups. Maybe they assume that we broke the cup or that we stole it. In that case, I could bring myself a cup like this from breakfast and replace it. The dishes are very ordinary, they are consumable. There is one explanation - the cleaner took it away during cleaning and forgot to return it. I do not admit the idea that this situation was created on purpose, most likely due to inattention of cleaning. I asked to count the cups in the restaurant and I'm sure that all the cups are in place, because I didn't break anything and certainly didn't take it with me. May you be ashamed and ashamed of such an anti-service. I have to drive 1000 km back, my mood is spoiled, my head hurts, I hope I will no longer have to stay at this hotel, although, until the last minute, I dreamed of coming here with gratitude, because there are no complaints to the other girls, even more, I am very grateful to them for their hospitality and friendliness. It's a pity that they didn't say goodbye to us so decently. That's why I'm only giving you one star. Otherwise, I would have given five stars for the girls' work at the reception.

Great hotel! Recently opened after renovation. Rooms: single, double, triple and quadruple. The room has a table, a kettle, a hairdryer, a TV, a tea pair, a wardrobe with a full-length mirror, a shower cabin, a water heater. The rooms are not large, but very cozy. Beautiful curtains and a matching bedspread, pastel linen - everything is brand new and smells fresh)
On the ground floor there is a cooler with drinking water, you can buy coffee, alcohol and confectionery.
At the reception, we were met by the administrator Marina, who very quickly arranged the check-in / 12 people/. Thank her very much!
If you ever have to stay in Kalinkovichi, choose this hotel on Frunze Street, 10.
What the hotel lacked were slippers and a refrigerator.

Due to the recent opening, everything is new in the hotel.
The staff is polite and correct, the registration of accommodation, in my opinion, is quite long: 10-15 minutes. Upon check-in, you need to sign for a fire safety briefing.
Coffee and soft drinks can be purchased at the store. Some of the services are provided for an additional fee, for example, using an iron for 1 hour, storing something in the refrigerator and so on - see the photo.
Cash and bank cards are accepted for payment.
No breakfasts were offered.
A room with a regular bed cost 60 rubles per night.
He lived in a single room. The room has a fairly comfortable bed, some useful furniture, a telephone, a TV, a minimum of dishes - in general, nothing superfluous or superfluous. There was no refrigerator in the room. There was also no air conditioning. You can watch YouTube on TV without any questions, everything else (including regular cable or satellite TV) has not been configured.
The room is opened with a key card. She was asked not to forget in the room, because for some reason the universal card of the administrator often does not work (according to the administration).
Upon check-out, they are asked to wait until the room is checked (in my case, it took several minutes).
