Great houses. They are on the first line, clean and tidy. I went out and was already on the shore, the children were constantly at sea, everything was in plain sight. There are many cafes nearby, Parking, laundry. Air conditioning, shower, TV and all amenities in the room. The hostess is always in touch. It is better to book in advance, there are many regular customers. Thanks for the rest!) we will definitely come back to you if possible!)

We stayed here in September 2023. A great place in all respects!
The territory is nice, well-groomed, clean. You can see and hear the sea from the room (it's just wonderful). I left the yard and immediately went to the sea. The room is modest, but clean, nothing superfluous (and not necessary). There is everything you need, except the closet. The terrace is a separate plus of each room. The WIFI is decent, but it no longer catches on the shore. There is no crowd on the beach, as there are not so many guest houses nearby. On-site Parking, nearby within 500 meters, you can find all the necessary goods.
"Housewives" are friendly, hospitable, give gifts)))

Vacation in Abkhazia.
The Hilton Hotel is minus 5 stars.
There's dirt everywhere. Boorish attitude from the very border to the end of the rest.
Housing prices in sheds are like in the Metallurg sanatorium, only in there and accommodation and food and treatment, and in Abkhazia only accommodation. There is another unpleasant moment - you plan a vacation, make an advance payment, come, and they just give you the money and say there are no places. And you go with the bags through the streets and look for at least something😁
The problem is to arrive, the problem is to leave.
Fruit prices are the same as in the North.
Holidays in Abkhazia in the last two years have often turned into a nightmare.

I stayed at this place twice. A good idea has been implemented well, there is a lot of space in the interior. A piece of the sea is visible from the room window.The rooms are modest, but have air conditioning, a fridge and a kettle. The veranda of each room is cool, its own territory! The food is delicious and cheap in the on-site cafe. Closed parking for a car! Cars are being ruined in the open!!! There is practically no place to park behind the hotel. The beach is pebbly, but there is sand to the left along the shore to the castle, it's a secret if anything! The sea is immediately deep. There are shops and cafes nearby! Through the website and for earlier booking it is cheaper!

It's a very nice place. Cozy houses, on the shore - you can hear the sea from the bed :). Very clean and beautiful territory: lawn, flowers, you can walk barefoot. Hot water, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Very good Wi-Fi. A pleasant friendly host (Yes, hello!:)) and, thanks to him, a very warm atmosphere! It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Vacationing with family (two adults, two children 6 and 1.5 years old) the guest house itself is not bad, a great place, you go out to the beach, everything you need is at hand, a mini market, the final stop of transport, cafes, canteens (2 pcs), shops (grocery 2, butcher shop, pharmacy all within a radius of 100 meters. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator, shower with toilet. There is a kitchenette on the ground floor, you can cook something to eat. bed linen is changed once every four days. The staff is responsive, they try to help with all questions as much as they can. In general, by the standards of Abkhazia, we were satisfied with the place and the guest house.

Apart from a clean sea and a favorable climate, there is little good. Service and maintenance do not correspond to modern realities, the price required for a vacation does not match the quality, a large amount of surrogate alcohol (diluted wine, low-quality chacha, etc.), because very modest volumes of grape harvest; ambiguous (not loyal) attitude towards vacationers from the local population, difficult road and criminal situation (throughout republic, see news on information resources for various periods) and other factors. However, this is one of the most favorable places for recreation in Abkhazia.

It's a beautiful place. The beach in August is not very crowded with vacationers. The sea is clean and warm. There are fish to dive and watch. Jellyfish swim, you can buy nets for them for children. The beach is mostly pebbles. We really liked it.

Very beautiful mountain places , amazing views. They drove a savage by car . Almost everything has become more expensive in some places than in Rosa Khutor and Krasnaya Polyana . We ate in canteens , it was not even bad and cheap. It 's worth taking a car and visiting all the places, it takes at least 3 days , it all depends on the plan and route. Vohd and zat are fast, which is very important.
