This is not mail, this is trouble , I went to send documents once, ignored the visitor for 10 minutes, then transferred from one employee to another, tried for two hours to cram an unpacked A4 pack into a standard and medium written envelope, in addition to which I was asked to manually fill out the envelope, attention, so that the employee would then reprint it for shipment... by the way, Post Office No. 12 is located 5-10 minutes away, where there are always polite staff and sending documents / letters takes a maximum of 5-7 minutes, everything is filled out electronically at once and no torment
