Yandex writes that the work starts at 9.00. It says 8.30 on the door. In reality, it's something in between. The only employee came at 8.45. Yes, the service is still Soviet in the worst sense of the word. But in the end, I got everything I wanted, even with a little courtesy from the post office employee.

Ходимлари хушмуомала, почта жўнатмалари келганда ўз вақтида телефон орқали хабар беришади. Хизмат кўрсатиш кўнгилдагидек. Жойлашув хам жуда қулай. Иш вақтларига асал қилинади

Почту принимают, а плату за телефон - нет. Забавно что эту почту я вижу с окна, а хожу на другую - в двух кварталах от меня)
