A woman was serving in this department today, I hadn't seen her before. Very rude. I came to find out who received my shipment from AE, as I have the status "delivered" in tracking. He does not respond to "hello"; to the question "who received my parcel", he answers with the question "whose". She said her full name and track number. She looked at her program, wrote out the data from there and said, "Look for it, I'll call you." I ask, "What do you mean, go?" She replied, I have a lot to do, I'll look for it and call. I say that's why I came to the post office to be "searched". She says then wait. I say, how long to wait (there were no people in the department). I don't know the answer. I politely continue to insist that I figure it out, since I don't have time to come several times, and if someone has received my parcel, then I need to see who signed it. She said wait then. I offered to help her look at receipts or bags, and she snapped, "Do you want to go through my cupboards?" Horror. It's not like I came to her house, and I'm not asking her to come. Why don't service workers understand that they are being hired to work in the service industry? And this is a priori: providing services to everyone who applies here. Very rude and impolite. And the middle-aged one, it seems, should already understand. But alas. There is such rudeness in many post offices of Uzpost.
