One of the disadvantages is the lack of staff. Recently, only one of the three windows usually works. Sometimes you just walk in, estimate the size of the queue and leave, realizing that there is no point in waiting more than an hour.
Of the advantages, I discovered their post office. If you only need to get something, then you make an online application to move the shipment to the post office, wait for the code (after lunch or the next day), and without any queue at any convenient moment you pick up the package in 10 seconds.
