A notification of receipt of a registered letter has arrived at my address. But since post office No. 7 was closed at my place of residence for unknown reasons, it is necessary to go to post office No. 29 for a letter. And there is complete chaos. There are from 15 to 30 people standing in line all the time, including on the street (in the cold). A boorish post office worker constantly shouts at visitors. The operating mode of the post office does not correspond to what was written. One minute she's in rehab, the next she's closed, even though it's business hours. I came for the letter 4 times, but I never received it. I kindly ask the heads of the Lugansk Main Post Office to take measures to improve the quality of customer service at post office No. 29 and resume the work of post office No. 7 at my place of residence.
