We ordered a bank card-delivery through the post office, this would-be postman "delivered" to a completely different house!!! It's good that a caring tenant was found, came to our house and entrance and reported a letter that has been posted on the upper mailboxes for a week specifically for this wonderful "postman" to take it to the address indicated on the letter, but he does not see!!!!
How can you be irresponsible about your work? Write out GLASSES to this postman and give him a map with house markings so that he does not confuse the addresses. And this is not the first time, but all the time!!!!

Your department does not work very well, to put it mildly, the queues at the post office itself are kilometers long, employees from 5 operators work 2-3, are rude, some are frankly idle-they sit with their faces buried in the table. If you don't like the job, find yourself another one-give way to people who will perform their duties perfectly.

Where do they get so much patience and calmness? There are a lot of customers, long queues, someone has already come nervous, someone does not understand something, etc ...
