Mail is like mail. The terminal doesn't always work, but in my opinion it's even faster with live stuff. The last time I picked up an ozone parcel, they didn't want to give it back without a passport, I barely persuaded them. Take your passport with you.

Recently, only 2 windows have been working at the post office. The queues are huge. There is nothing to breathe, the air conditioners are not turned on, or there are none at all (I did not pay attention).

The staff is working very slowly. There are always long queues. Basically, only 2 windows are working. It's incredibly stuffy!
