The old Soviet furniture and location are the same as 25 years ago. There is no upgrade either for the post office staff or for visitors. Because of the small salaries, no one wants to go to work. We could introduce an electronic queue system to avoid scandals, more sofas and armchairs for waiting, since older people most often visit. Perhaps a children's corner while the parents are in line.
