There was mail, like mail... now it is impossible to receive a parcel, a registered letter too. We need to go all the way to the Southern Market. And why should I ask? Then what is the mail here for? Near the house? To buy a newspaper? Disgusting! Take back the receipt of letters and parcels!

A small post office department. There are only 2 cash desks out of 3. Now it is impossible to receive a parcel there, you have to pick it up at the southern market.
