The department has been closed for about two years. But if we talk about the time when it was working, there is an incomprehensible schedule: either it is working or not, it is very cold, damp, mold is all around, there has probably been no repair since the construction of the building. An exhausted, eternally ill employee (which is not surprising in such conditions)
