Обслуживание вежливое, с появлением электронной очереди стало намного удобнее, не надо толпиться в очереди, чисто, в целом хорошая почта, людей много не бывает

The electronic queue is not working. If there are few people, then so be it. But when it's crowded, there are problems. If pensioners do not know how to use it, then let them learn. Or is it still the old-fashioned way to live for 30 years?

The department is small, so when there are a lot of people, it is not quite cozy, and so they serve quickly, there are no complaints about the work of the department's employees
