Grade 1 letters are systematically delayed, sometimes for a whole week. The postman works terribly, letters of the 1st class are lost, sometimes they say "we forgot / it's raining today, the postman won't carry, wait another 3 days." Why am I overpaying for a Class 1 envelope so that you don't bring them to me and delay them?
