This is bullying people as an employee alone!!! So it is with those who are waiting! How can it be that one window works for both accepting payments and parcels? Do you have to wait 3 hours for everyone to pay their utility bills to receive the parcel? Why can't we add at least one more employee to the parcels and split the queue??? I will complain to the higher authorities!

They did not accept the statement that the parcel from the LPR was sent to Mariupol, the manager gave the site and it is not clear why then people are there if they normally cannot inform and give any information. Not only would you need to get there, you still have to endure it, people have a huge queue, there probably aren't enough employees
