Now they are constantly changing their work schedule, and each time it gets worse and worse. First, from 19:00 it was changed to 18:30, then from 18:30 it was reduced to 18:00. You can barely keep up with work. Now it's also a day off on Monday. The department doesn't work for people, that's for sure. At this rate, you will soon need to take time off to pick up the parcel. Return to work before 19:00, and you can open from 12:00 on the morning.

This is some kind of horror!!! I came with my child at 10 a.m. to receive a package.We were all in the same queue , there are no priorities for parcels .Grannies are sitting for pensions and communal services too .I left the post office at 12:00 and without a parcel..My nervous system just couldn't stand this... sitting 🙄
