The service is at an average level. A couple of months ago, I paid for services using bank details, today I came to pay again. A red-haired girl who sits at the 1st checkout immediately began to be rude, she said that she had not been working with the details for 2 years, contact the bank. But, how can they not work if I already paid a couple of months ago, with the same mail!!! I think that you should explain to your staff how to talk to visitors, especially the elderly. Next time, I will not be lazy and ask for a complaint book.
