The second employee also refused to accept the parcel without clearly explaining the reasons, while she was not busy with work. After waiting for 14 o'clock, he asked to serve me and heard in a boorish form that they had a different calculation time and wait for more. The rudeness of the post office staff has no limits. In Ukrposhta, the hotline replied that the department works without interruptions and will carry out explanatory work, but it will not be possible to eradicate the rudeness of employees without solving the personnel problem. And the problem of rudeness is in the personnel.
