I changed my passport today, coming it is not entirely clear what to do, I asked people, I found out that I need to take a form (when making out the old version of the passport), go to another entrance, there will be where to fill in examples, after filling out you return, you stand in line, where 2-3 people are accepted, quite quickly. It is possible to pay by ERIP, it is convenient, and also to return for a passport only in person. In general, everything is fine, there is not enough information when you enter the room, you feel some confusion.
