23 августа утром подала документы на паспорт и полатила услугу ускорение за 15 дней,06.09 вечером пришла-паспорта нет.сказали подходить на след день после 12.00,а я работаю и смогу забрать только в субботу,так что зря потратила деньги за доп услугу,не повторяйте ошибок
P.sкогда забирала паспорт,дали заявление на возвращение средств за ускореное изготовление,все вернули
