The traffic police website indicates the opening hours on Saturday from 9:00 - 13:00. I came to pick up my license by 10:30 - there was no one in the department, all the doors were closed, but the lights were on everywhere. I sat for two and a half hours and didn't wait for anyone. It was not possible to get through to anyone by the call number and the hotline number, I had to go back to Minsk without a license. I drove 300 km in both directions to sit under the doors for 2.5 hours.
