The work is slow. Employees refer to the fact that there is no one to work due to the low salary and the lack of people who would like to work at the BTI. YOU NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT - it's impossible to sit there all day, waste time and still not get an appointment and get the paperwork done. The record starts from the month. Taking a first-come, first-served basis is not a fact that you will get in, but asking for leave from work is not an option!!!
Very slow work , only one window works on a first -come , first - served basis , there are a lot of people , it would be good to put more employees so that the work goes faster , we are all people , we all have our own business , it is impossible to get records for 1 month in advance
I walked for a week, and I didn't get in line, but they endlessly drive friends without waiting in line... and the record is 2 months in advance, can't more specialists be put on registration? Or have you already made all the days by appointment, arrived at the appointed time and then, I think, the workers will start moving in order to make it on time

There are a lot of people, one employee, you can wait all day (sit, walk), and it's not a fact that you will get there on the same day.
When planning a hike there, you need to count on a weekly visit.
On a first-come, first-served basis, they arrived at 8.00, got to a specialist only at 15.00, one specialist worked, competence leaves much to be desired. They did not issue a prep on that day.
