It's very cool that there are no pointers and you can walk around, look for how, what and where. I highly recommend this institution. But it's better to move it to Brest so that people can get there even more conveniently.

This central one, the slowest of all, walked for three days to get into the 4th office...They have 30 minutes allocated for one person, they use it very much, because sometimes they will let a person go in 10 minutes and another is called in 20 minutes ...
You need to take something higher.
Also, if something goes wrong in the office, you can't prove it, they safely closed the camera in the corner with curtains, like by accident!
