I am Reconciled Vasily Alexandrovich, I arrived in the Republic of Belarus for permanent residence from the Russian Federation in 1993 and received a residence permit in the same year. As the procedure obliges, every five years it was necessary to change the residence permit, accordingly, each time contact the Department of citizenship and migration of the Pervomaisky district of our city, I want to express my gratitude for the work of the team, for help with paperwork (sometimes it is very difficult for those who have encountered this). I would especially like to mention Belko Elena Alexandrovna, who during the raging Covid and being not quite healthy herself led the reception of citizens, I think Elena Alexandrovna helped many visitors and will help more than once. A few days ago I received the citizenship of the Republic of Belarus, which I am proud of!

We, Olga Azarova and Gennady Azarov, arrived in Bobruisk from Kiev in 2022.
Now we have been granted Belarusian citizenship and handed passports. Throughout this difficult and exciting period, the staff of the Citizenship and Migration Department helped us with advice and preparation of documents.
At the first stage, Galina Valentinovna and Tatyana Anatolyevna (room 6) treated us with great understanding and moral support. They helped us navigate a difficult situation for us and gave advice on all issues.
Then, when preparing documents for obtaining Belarusian citizenship, Elena Aleksandrovna Belko advised and took care of us.
Thanks to her legal and professional competence, a package of our documents was successfully prepared. Elena Alexandrovna not only organized this process as clearly as possible, but also showed us human warmth and sincerity.

They treated us with great patience, care, and understanding of problematic issues during the data collection process and left us with the most pleasant impressions.

It's just not realistic to get through, they called for almost 2 days. It wasn't until the end of the second that the phone was picked up. They didn't give me any information on the phone, they say, come and tell me everything. I had to go and sit for 3 and a half hours to find out that we had come in vain because we did not have the necessary documents with us. They asked a question: We called, we asked, we brought everything we said, how so?... Answer: How do I know who you called there, bring the documents, DO NOT DISTRACT FROM WORK! Now the most interesting part. Electronic queue.. An employee comes out, loudly announces, we accept only coupons! We already had the ticket.. But! all those who were without passed, with coupons passed, who passed before and after us passed. There is no queue on the scoreboard. An employee comes out, (and by the way, there are 4 such people) asks: they say where and why are we sitting? They begin to explain everything to whom and where it is necessary, the answer destroyed all those present ...
Sometimes the device crashes and may not display all coupons on the scoreboard, it was necessary to take an additional queue!!!!
You can never get through (even there are no beeps), and if you get through, they send you to a number that you can't reach, you call again, which you got through to - the answer:- get on the phone, the reception is on, GET on the PHONE, I CAN'T DO ANYTHING!!! at a higher level! Well, what are the phones for?!?! Remove them!
