A very good house of culture, various cultural events take place there, a hairdresser and phone repair have also opened, there is a toilet inside the building, there was a youth disco in the 90s!!!

I have no idea what the people who work there are doing, or if anyone is there at all. It would be better to make an entertainment center, as in the former jubilee
