OTAU residential complex builds good houses.which adorn our city with their appearance.. The infrastructure of the city is very good.location.arrivals.barriers.The entrance doors are closed.very good elevators.And also the layout.apartments.high walls.dryers also have loggias.separate bathroom units, the bathroom is separate from the toilet.all the entrances are very beautiful.There's a room downstairs as you enter the furniture store's entrance.the green zone.
The walls are thick at home.noise insulation.everything is in the spirit of our time. I used to buy apartments in BI I GROUP.but I was disappointed.It's like there's no wall, you can hear everything the neighbors are doing and saying.the walls have become thinner.There is no sound insulation.what I want to draw the attention of this builder to.I only buy from Otau Stroy Companies myself, and thank them very much for their good work.
