I share my experience of cooperation:
First, we met with the manager, who listened in detail to all our wishes and suggested several project options. The architect helped us choose the appropriate style and layout, taking into account all our wishes. We made several adjustments and approved the project. I really liked that we were actively involved in the process
Then construction began. Each stage of construction was carried out according to schedule, there were no delays. We also received a report on all the work every week. We often talked with the foreman, who was always in touch and answered all our questions.
I especially want to mention the quality of the materials. We were offered excellent options that matched our needs and budget.
In general, we remained only in positive emotions from the cooperation, we are satisfied with the result.

It seems to you that the architect has knowledge of the requirements and treats the work responsibly. After all, everything looks serious and costs money. And suddenly the location of buildings on the site is illegal, and there is no entrance to the bathroom. And this is just the beginning...
it seems to you that the designer represents your interests and tries to put your desires into shape for reasonable money. Yeah, right now. He draws as it suits him, does not say or lies that it will cost mere pennies. You just sign the act of completed work.
Errors were found in the first minutes after receiving the project. The manager was informed. They'll fix it now. You just need to pay extra, and it's better not to call here anymore, there's too much work.

Our neighbors on the site suffered from constant problems with unscrupulous contractors and their house turned into a long-term building.
Therefore, we have carefully considered the proposals of several dozen different organizations.
It was very important for us not to go out of budget and move into a fully finished house by the beginning of summer. The quality of construction is excellent, the project is thought out taking into account the wishes of each family member, deadlines are met, video reports were sent to us at each stage and all our questions were answered. The head of the company personally supervised the construction of the house. We were very satisfied with the work and the result. And on June 1, we stopped at the house of our dreams.

Architect, designer, manager. Everyone will lie to you. They will draw the visualization the way you would like. But in the drawings, plans and calculations, everything will be completely different. The builders, to whom you will transfer the project, will tell you about this.

It's just a nightmare. The sales department is working fine, but the architect who designed our project, as if she had never done anything more than redrawing from a typical project found in Google. We ordered a house project in a classic style, as a result, she just told us how to draw her project. No initiative, offer something to the customer, show different options - forget it! The maximum that these people can do is to draw the pictures you have thrown in the autocad for your own money. I don't say anything about the technical side of the project at all - they designed a Jacuzzi (or rather, they just slapped it on the layout), without thinking about how to maintain it, where to place nodes, etc. When they came with the edits, they asked for an additional $ 300 for correcting their own mistake. And, by the way, they were told and trained how to maintain a Jacuzzi from another construction company that we hired and asked this question. I talked to the director - everything is zero there, apparently there are many people who want to bring money to give it to nowhere. According to the construction estimate, there are also questions - other construction companies have the same amount of work twice as cheap. In general, there were only negative experiences and terrible memories in working with these comrades.

of the cons:
- a large number of deceptions before the conclusion of the contract. The builder's calculator on the website shows the amounts divided by 3 of what is offered in the estimate.
- During the design process, we received inexperienced architects and designers who directly admitted their mistakes, but did not correct them in any way and spat on the further problems of the client.
- The client is given a small amount of time to check the project.
- A lot of constructive issues have not been discussed with me. The builders did according to the project, which they eventually redone (doorways, roof slopes)
- The project is crude, it is impossible to make an estimate for materials, everything is underestimated by 30%. Received double deliveries and downloads.
- The structural components in the architectural and construction project are shown with errors in size (the size error of the monolithic beam is 340mm!), a rafter system with impossible shapes, floor beams hanging in the air. To the question, how to fix panoramic windows 5 meters high without having any foundation from above?, I was answered - "well, nail the board."
- The whole chapter was missing in the project and it was impossible to approve such a project in the UKS, but since you have already signed the document that all the work has been accepted, then do it yourself.
- The project was made in gross violation of fire regulations (the distance between the fence and the house is less than 3 meters)
- after signing the acceptance of the project, they didn't care about you and what you couldn't do.
- The reviews on Yandex were fictitious (Juliana Tutina, an employee of the PPH organization).
Bottom line: Contact another place. Take care of your nerves.

Surprisingly not a professional team. The projects are raw. If you have agreed and signed a contract, the deadline is not respected. They are only engaged in looking for customers and bringing them together with performers. Control is not carried out at all. The individual project was made with mistakes. Visualization of the project is probably nonsense for them. The paperwork for the completed work is just disgusting.
All problems will be yours only if you contact this company.

I ordered an individual house project from this design bureau. Of the moments - in general, the high professionalism of the team for pumping money from the client, the coherence of the work of the architect and designer (namely, how to cheat the client), the high quality of visualization, 100% (but which was not provided to me in fact, allegedly for technical reasons).
And in the end, I had to redo the project with other specialists because of the large number of errors and the lack of education of the designer.
