We had a vacation in August 2024 with our children and grandchildren. I liked everything. Aida and Lorena are good-natured and friendly. The grandchildren liked the pool. Lorena prepares delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. The sea is a 20-minute walk away.

We had a family vacation in July 2024
Pros: swimming pool and wonderful Lorena, the most responsive and adequate of the entire family of owners.
Cons: the beach is about 30 minutes on foot, for 11 days of rest we did not understand either towels or bed linen!
When asked about changing clothes, they told me there's a washing machine over there, do the laundry yourself.
The garbage was taken out by themselves, there was no cleaning.
When booking, it was discussed what can be cooked, in fact it is impossible to cook there in the shared kitchen.
Just buy food from them.
There is no kettle or mug in the rooms.
Instead of blankets, there are incomprehensible bedspreads.
And the cherry on the cake!!!
The light is turned off every 10-20 minutes during the day, 5 minutes in the evening. Naturally, because of this, you can die from the heat in the room, because the conder turns off the Internet, TV and water too!!!
Is this how they respond to all this in the whole of Abkhazia?

I do not recommend this place to relax, and when you start talking to Aida and her husband about the shortcomings, they start yelling at the guests, of course it's tin!!!

We had a rest in July 2024.
We rested with a large company, took 4 rooms, but only 2 were ready upon check-in. Towels were not given, bed linen had to wait until the evening, since there was no ready-made one, instead of blankets there were some bedspreads, the rooms were dirty.
On the first day, the air conditioner did not work, the room was hot and stuffy. On the second day, constant blackouts began, every 10 minutes, because of this, nothing worked.
The owners threw up their hands, saying it was like that everywhere. This is a lie, everyone had a light and it was not turned off.
There is a separate kitchen. They were not allowed to cook, the owners cook themselves, but all the food is in the heat, I do not recommend trying it.
We moved out on the second day. The hosts, instead of apologizing, only shouted at us.
It's a very long walk to the sea, 20 minutes, there are no shops nearby, the house is in a field, there is no parking, only 3 cars will interfere, if there is a place, the rest are outside, cows are walking, they can damage.
One of the advantages is the beautiful territory, there is a swimming pool.

Good afternoon. I want to tell you about this place
Cons: we checked into the rooms on the second floor, they were dirty, towels were not given, the biggest minus was the lighting, on the first day everything was still working, but our friends did not, but on the second day everyone's electricity was cut off, every 5 minutes, because of this the air conditioner did not work, it was very stuffy and it was hot
, which they said was not their fault and everything worked
for them. We immediately moved out of this place because it was terrible to rest in such conditions.
When evicting, you need to clean the bed linen and take out the trash yourself
They have food on the street all day, at this temperature I would not eat
the promised parking there, only 3 cars fit, respectively, there were no places, and it was necessary to park the car behind a fence, it is far from the sea, there is no infrastructure.

A wonderful place!!! We have been vacationing with Aida and Karpo since 2018. Wonderful hosts, their daughter Lorena prepares delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The sea is not far away, there are a lot of shops nearby.

We had a rest in July 2023.. A hotel for overnight stay. And what else is needed in Abkhazia in the summer. They left early.. We returned late... We know about the disadvantages, but we have not personally encountered them.. I will only say about the complete lack of service. Room cleaning - not once in ten days. There is no replacement of linen or even towels (they washed and dried everything themselves). There is a queue at the stove in the shared kitchen, especially during rush hour (breakfast.. dinner). The declared pool is small and always occupied by children. There is a hole in the sewer just the size of a foot on the territory, be careful when hanging laundry. In the evenings, the owners of the hotel have endless family dinners with a bunch of guests on site.
The sea is just over 2 km from the hotel.. they were spotted repeatedly.
The biggest plus is the price. We recommend it to not very picky, and most importantly active tourists.

The service is disgusting. Constant blackouts. Accordingly, the water and air conditioning are turned off. The hosts treat the guests like their children. They can be rude, yell, consider themselves entitled to teach life. No room cleaning, no cooking in the kitchen. Their food is delicious, Lorena is a miracle.

It's disgusting.I thought about why we chose this particular place when I saw wreaths and artificial flowers as decorations at the entrance.
I was there with my family and family friends for two whole days, as my psyche did not allow me to hold out in such "happiness" anymore.Two days really without light and water.For reference: a small single electric stove, an old burnt-out kettle, some kind of air conditioner that almost does not draw air, run on electricity.The water (when it was still there for a while) stinks of bleach so that tears roll into my eyes.It's exactly the same with the pool.The house itself looks very dilapidated (although it is).There is dirt everywhere, cobwebs, unwashed floors, layers of dust on the shelves, and garbage in the lockers from previous tenants.It is very difficult to close the door to the house, and it is not exactly locked in the bathroom, the door does not close there in principle)
The owner of this "beautiful" place is a horseradish when you find it.Don't set foot here anymore.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time, now I know exactly where you can have a great rest in comfort, the mini-hotel "Islet" is a great place to relax:
1.located in the village, on the outskirts
2. quietly (uncountable, early roosters, chickens and cows), you can get enough sleep
3. it's a little far from the sea (1.5 km), but we liked it, we went twice a day-in the morning to the sea, in the evening we walked.
I want to say a special THANK YOU to the hostess, she is very kind,friendly, sociable.

The territory is large. There is a frame swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas. The rooms are very decent, with air conditioning, and all amenities. The territory is in a dead end, so the silence is 100%, you can
fully breathe. The owners have their own wine, cheese, churchkhella. For your money, great!

We had a family vacation in August. We booked through Booking. What can you say about this place? It's just disgusting!! Cracks in the walls and in the floor. A bunch of red ants under the carpet, in the bathroom and even in bed. The lights are constantly turned off, therefore there is no water, no Internet, no air conditioning. The owners don't seem to care about that. The territory is unkempt. Moreover, the hostess asked to cancel the booking at the Booking Office in order not to pay interest, we went to meet her halfway. And on the eve of departure, we were confronted with the fact that by 10 a.m. we had vacated the house, although the accommodation conditions indicated departure from 12.00 to 12.30. And it was said at 11 p.m.
So the whole vacation was overshadowed by staying in this place. We don't recommend anyone else to come here anymore!

It's terrible!
We barely spent one night here.
The room was not cleaned before our check-in. There was a used gasket in the trash, and the towels were not fresh.
Mosquitoes, spiders, ants in the bed.
The house is built with slits through which new portions of mosquitoes and new crowds of ants arrive. My young man was bitten either by ants or by bedbugs in general. I slept in pants and a long-sleeve sweatshirt so that I would be bitten less.
The neighbors' conversations can be heard as if you are in the same room, and not in different houses.
The Wi-Fi is constantly falling off, no one is in a hurry to turn it back on.
The owners are disgusting, yelling, rude, insulting, threatening. They canceled my booking through Booking, they said that we had not arrived at all. They opened our house in our absence, and even in the presence of strangers. No respect for the guests. They answered all our complaints that it was us: that this is my gasket, that we brought ants, etc.
The price is not even close to the quality. (We then found a room 2 times bigger, 1000 times better, cheaper and closer to the sea, and with really nice hosts).
We booked for 7 nights, made an advance payment for 3, barely survived one night there. The money for 2 nights was not returned to us.
Then the hostess offered me a refund if I deleted my review from the booking. I refused. I believed the good reviews and the high rating, and I got a ruined vacation. In general, the impression of Abkhazia remains the most unpleasant. I hope that my review will be useful to you, and you will not spend your vacation the way we spent it, being completely indignant at the "such a warm welcome" of these people.

The living conditions are disgusting. The ants are right in the bed. Cracks in the walls and in the floor, as a result, the room is full of mosquitoes and other insects. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned: dirt, dust and cobwebs everywhere. The hosts were rude, argued, shouted and insulted, instead of listening to the justified claims of the guests. I do not recommend this place to anyone! At least for those who care about cleanliness, normal comfortable living conditions and a human attitude towards residents.
