A large store. The assortment is diverse. There are household chemicals, cosmetics, hygiene products, household trifles, food, alcohol, a decent selection of spices. There is one ticket office, but there are no queues, there are not many customers in the hall, perhaps because of the prices. The hall is neat, spacious enough, there is a ramp.
A very large "Purity Island". There is everything. In addition to the usual bath and laundry assortment, a large selection of alcohol (strong) and beer, there are also some products. In the department where laundry powders and gels do not work cellular communication (but this is a small thing).
Look at the price tags very carefully! They cheat a bit with prices. The product can easily be under someone else's price tag. Sometimes a discount is indicated, but in small letters: when buying from 3 pieces. Products often missing chemicals! Probably stored in the same warehouse with powders and other chemicals.
Great location.affordable prices .there is a good selection of products. Polite staff .There are almost no people .For quick purchase , the very thing .
Often there are no promotional items, there are no half price tags on the product at all. Not a friendly cashier. I do not recommend this store. We need to improve the service!!!
Good afternoon.
I can't leave a good review for this store.
There is no staff in the store, they can be anywhere, but they are not in the hall.
A separate story about the cashier
Tatiana Simakov.
In May, when I decided to call one of the sellers to the hall, I answered rudely and not culturally that it did not concern her and continued to watch the series on the phone, since at that moment there was not a single buyer at the checkout.
At the time of payment, I was asked to write a receipt at the checkout, I was not satisfied.
When filling out the seal, there was not enough, and Simonova Tanyana called and called the necessary person.
That is, at my request, it is difficult to call a personal, and if the cashier needs it, it is easy and simple.
We kindly ask you to clean up the store.
A store with staff a la Ellochka the cannibal. Instead of servicing, they try to provoke a conflict. Answering questions, the girl was not able to connect two words, but with a bunch of claims, the essence of which she cannot explain herself, but at the same time she strenuously frightened the "relevant authorities" (which ones, again, she could not explain, and therefore even more so).
I left an entry in the comments book for such service (I had to ask for 3! three times, while the girl understood what was wanted from her, and moved in the right direction). At the same time, I listened to what they were writing (on camera)... She asked me to send the answer by e-mail.
Today I got a call from the store and was informed that they do not give answers to e-mail, because they have such a system: you must confirm receipt.
That's the kind of "service"...
the finish...
I'm shocked. I work in the same building, I decided to go downstairs on a break, so I didn't take my outerwear with me.
An aunt comes up with a stack of price tags: "Will you arrange it?"
I'm like, "Uh, I don't work here..."
She: "Arrange it!"
I had to tell her in a more elevated tone that I came here to buy goods, not to work! To which she looked surprised and left without even apologizing. Rough. It was at 5 p.m. Is it really hard to remember the people who work with you and communicate normally with clients, or at least apologize when you are wrong?
The store is terrible , there are no price tags . To buy something, you need to go to the cashier and ask for the price!!!!! Please kindly correct this. Mila doesn 't allow herself to do that either . I want to come to the store and know what I'm buying and for what money, and not run to the cashier and ask for the price from the cashier who is twisting his face!!!
A large store with similar offers. But since the opening, the problem has been constant - the lack of price tags - the sellers themselves admit this, but do not solve it.
