The worst place in the world, the following happened, I chose a powder for myself, unfortunately there were testers for not all tones, and in order to make the right choice, I opened the factory packaging to compare the tones (I did not open it and did not test it), the administrator like Veronika Mikhalevich initially said not to test the factory packages, to which I replied that I was not doing this, after a while she again made an incorrect remark to me, in raised tones, not to test the product, for my part I again replied that I was not doing this and invited her to stand next to me so that there would be no further comments, to which she replied, leaving: "I will now, ****la" and went into the workroom. Then the above-mentioned employee came out with the second administrator and started talking about how everything was wrong and that I should buy this powder at all, since she was not a tester. Then there was a complete circus, with denial of his guilt and only claims in my direction. They were so crazy that an outsider customer intervened in our conversation in order to convey to them the absurdity of the situation, but they didn't care what they stood for, fortunately I know the laws and safely left without shopping and will never appear here again in my life. I also want to draw attention to the education of girls who absolutely do not know how to conduct a dialogue with customers.
