The Acute Brama (Gate of Dawn) is the only surviving gate of the Vilnius city wall (16th century). The miraculous icon of the Mother of God of Ostrobram (17th century), revered by both Catholics and Orthodox, is kept in the chapel above the gate.

Part of the fortress wall around the old town. One of the entrance gates from the east. It is amazing that it has survived to this day. It keeps an important icon - the Mother of God of Ostrobram. It has been restored from the old town side. If you walk from the train station, the condition could be better
