This store should be classified as an above-average class store. The assortment is at the proper level. It is noticeable that the management is trying to provide high-quality goods despite the shortage of a European manufacturer. So, Russian and Belarusian products are represented exclusively by a very high-quality segment, I did not see Chinese products. As for the European manufacturer, it should be pointed out here that there is a large selection, as well as, in comparison with other stores, a humane price. I would like to mention the discount system, which is real, and not a formal advertising statement. It should be added about the high level of professionalism of the staff. Manager Mikhail is probably the only one who is well versed in plumbing products, both those presented in the store and those available on the modern market. Before that, he visited several salons, galleries, etc., however, the level of qualification of sellers and managers was significantly inferior to the average. Mikhail was well-versed in the issue, and what is pleasant, confidently predicted the effectiveness and reliability of goods, based on the realities of our everyday life. A pleasant, intelligent, competent and decent employee. I would like to add that the store fulfilled all obligations for the delivery, quality and completeness of the goods (bathtub + legs + overflow, heated towel rail, installation, toilet bowl) in the shortest possible time and in full configuration. Thank you. I recommend it to adequate customers.

A good branded plumbing store. Located near the Mkad, with a huge Parking lot. Having stopped at this place, you can no longer go to others. There is everything. Installations are connected to water and toilets too. A huge selection of bathtubs, faucets in both black and gold. Ужасный сервис. Пришли в магазин, консутант говорила с другими клиентами, мы минут 15 ждали, чтобы задать один простой вопрос: есть ли товар в шоуруме или всё под заказ на складе. Извинились, спросили, девушка с надменным видом сообщила что сначала она договорит с клиентами, а потом ответит на все наши вопросы, тут живая очередь. Ну спасибо что не облаяли, в следующий раз наверное надо записываться на прием к обычному продавцу.

Отличный магазин. Друзья посоветовали именно этот магазин на Сенице. Нужна была вся сантехника для новостройки. Было много вопросов. Но нам повезло!!!! В этот день работала консультант Елена которая помогла быстро определиться с моделями, ценами и доставками. Отдельно хочется отметить её мобильность, ответы на все смс в любое время дня. Спасибо

Посоветовали друзья, как единственный магазин в котором можно оценить работу инсталляции с унитазом, а не основываться на громких рассказах продавцов. После беседы с менеджером решил выбрать тут всю сантехнику и не пожалел! :) Спасибо Вам!

Менеджер Елена очень очень мне помогла! У меня вопрос был по запасной части- сумма не большая и я уже было потерял надежду на ее решение. Внимания мне было оказано значительно больше, чем сумма заказа. Консультации - исчерпывающие. Организация очень клиентоориентирована🔥🔥🔥

Покупал инсталляцию с подвесным унитазом. Менеджер Елена все подробно рассказала и показала. Объяснила достоинства и недостатки каждой модели.
В самом магазине имеются подключённые образцы на примере которых можно посмотреть как все это работает. Также там есть выбор раковин, ванн и прочих сантехнических вещей.

Отличный магазин с широким выбором сантехники! Подключено много инсталяцией и можно наглядно посмотреть как и что работает, и да же воду слить и сравнить!!!) Консультанты реально знают все про сантехнику, молодые и активные! Ответили на все мои вопросы, на примере все показали, и при этом я уже забежал в магазин за пару минут до закрытия, но никто и слова не сказал, а спокойно и досконально все мне объяснили! Отдельно хочу сказать, что до приезда общался с менеджером по телефону и перед звонком, не планировал ехать а просто узнать цены, а в результате понял, что тут знают всё про сантехнику! По телефону уже получил много полезной информации и понял, что чуть не купил не то, что мне нужно! И помчался в шоурум! Очень понравилось! Спасибо!
